This monumental building is located on the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and you can taste the authentic atmosphere through the wooden skeleton. In front of the door is a traffic-free zone, so there is no nuisance of passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transport. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy Bottendaal district with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the Central Station, City Centre and Radboud University and Hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. In the apartment you will find all kinds of equipment such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has a private entrance and balcony.

The center is within walking distance (5 minutes) and the apartment is located around the corner from Nijmegen Central Station (2 min). Only paid parking is possible in the street. Free parking is 10 minutes' walk away. Within 2 minutes' walking distance, you can park for 11 euros a day (Keizerkarelpleingarage).

The holiday home is close to the Hatertse Vennen and the city of Nijmegen. Our place in the countryside exudes tranquility & a relaxed atmosphere and is located near forests and recreational lakes. The house is luxuriously furnished, equipped with comfortable beds, rain shower & dishwasher. In the summer there is a swimming pool of 5 m x 10 m in the garden ( 1.30/1.40 m deep), in which you can swim.
