If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had flight and travel issues, but they were nothing but friendly, helpful, and understanding. Communication was excellent and they were extremely responsive. The space and location were amazing and exactly as described. The place was spotless and stocked with anything you would need. The location is perfect for beach time and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!

A charming beachside apartment. Original mid-century features tastefully modernized. All painted white so the room is full of the ocean light. We loved it here.

Great week in this very walkable location! We were a family of seniors, 55-88. The beach is right there, and the Boardwalk and Newport Pier a short walk away. We used the kitchen daily (great appliances, plenty of dishes and pans) and walked to several restaurants. We loved having the bikes and the beach accessories are plentiful. Garage parking accommodated 2 sedan cars, very appreciated. We had a wonderful time, in fact my mother, 88, has already said she wants to go back next year! Thank you for answering all my questions before I booked this for my mom. Highly recommend.

Our family of 4 people and 2 dogs really enjoyed our stay. Jim was responsive and helpful. You cannot beat the view!! Jim has all the tech (3 huge smart tvs), good internet, and a tons of things to do (gaming system, dvds, games, beach chairs, etc). Pizza place right out the back door. Other local favorites just a 10 minute walk away (Java Man Coffee, Good Stuff, La Crepe de la Creme, Hennessy’s, and more). You can walk to Vons or Trader Joe’s. Parking is tight - so bring a small car and your sense of adventure! He also includes a parking pass which was super easy to use. Saw dolphins breaching the water from the condo deck! Highly recommend!!

We had an excellent time at this airb&b. We walked the beach every morning and saw a big group of sea lions that were very fun to watch. The sunsets we saw were insanely gorgeous. We highly recommend this lovely condo. You won’t be disappointed! The hosts were very communicative.

Leslie was very responsive and accommodating. Private parking was a huge perk to this booking. I was traveling for work and had a conference a block away at the Westin. Very walkable location. The Italian restaurant downstairs is super tasty, convenient, and reasonably priced. One thing that caught me off-guard were the notes on the brita fridge pitcher and keurig not to use tap water. So I wasn’t sure how to reasonably drink water without bringing jugs up myself (or drinking the tap). The brita pitcher was very low upon arrival. There were two bottles of water provided in the fridge which lasted me one evening. Just a constructive critique, but not a huge biggie. Despite that I had a wonderful stay. Love the ambiance in the unit, and the view is truly incredible. You can tell the residents in the building appreciate quiet and privacy. I felt very secure and respected at the Cooper Arms building. Follow Leslie’s directions and you’ll have no issues navigating the building or parking.

We had a great stay at Jose’s place! The location was great, nestled next to many great restaurants and in close proximity to the convention center. Jose was very responsive and answered our questions in a timely manner. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Lilith is truly an amazing and caring host who is willing to help in any way she can. This was my second time booking this reservation because it is the perfect stay for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to booking again soon.

This Beach House was a great location, central to a lot of shops, restaurants and activities, and very homy to come back to every day after adventures in Long Beach and Catalina Island. Modern appliances and comfortable interior made it a great place to stay. Just blocks from the beach I was able to walk to breakfast every morning and bring my skates down to the beach walk for evening sunsets. Great place and highly recommended staying here!

Hi! We loved our stay and time here! All the details were well thought out, even down to having plastic baggies for us to put leftovers in. It really felt like home away from home! The hosts even had a book laminated with things to do in the area, restaurants and kid friendly activities. My toddlers loved the toys and it was a nice place to relax and enjoy our time as a family. I would stay here again no hesitation, it was such a great rental. I also wanted to say I was impressed that there were so many baby friendly and safety features. There’s even a wagon in the garage to pack stuff up and take to the beach. Literally every detail was pre planned which made this so welcoming. Loved that we could walk to the beach and to the pier from here. It really is a great location and trip! Thank you again for hosting us!

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

We had a fantastic stay at Amanda’s place! The home was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amanda was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great beach getaway! After losing our home to the fires, she was so wonderful and helpful. Would stay again.

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

We can’t say enough positives about our stay at Shawn and Megan’s place in Huntington Beach. The house was immaculate and we immediately felt right at home. The location was about a half mile from the beach, was very quiet and peaceful, and perfect for our daily walks. There is so much to do in Orange County, and this is a perfect centralized location. I would highly recommend Shawn and Megan’s place.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Josie's cute place. With two floors, it felt spacious enough for the five of us, and we enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on the upper balcony. We really liked the location because it's on a quiet residential street but central enough to walk to the town center and get to everything we wanted to see. Josie was also responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

We had a great stay! Chris and Jillian's house is beautiful and has a great location. It was amazing waking up to the ocean view every morning. It was very peaceful and relaxing! Plus they had lots of great beach toys for the kids to play with.

I have stayed in many Airbnb 's but this has to be the best one yet. Everything was wonderful from the beginning until the end. The host made sure all of our needs were met and very responsive. The best host I have dealt with. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be going back to stay here. Everything was awesome.

Best location in Manhattan beach on the strand directly in front of the ocean. Our stay was perfect. Would love to stay at Tony’s again.
