Beachfront unique house with nice outdoor environment

In this national romantic house from 1905 you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, barbecue and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's stunning sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and gently renovated house with carpentry fun and high coziness. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and the idyllic center of Falsterbo. On the large forest area, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for borrowing.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Bring the whole family or group of friends to this amazing, spacious place with lots of room to hang out and have fun. With its large kitchen and ample social areas, you are guaranteed a stay in lovely socializing with friends or family. In the plot there is a hot tub that you can enjoy with room for up to 6-7 people. The scenic surroundings with close to the sea are conditioner for body and soul. Most playgrounds are also found in the neighborhood with the closest just 20 metres away.

Completely newly renovated house for 8 people (plus small children). Open and modern, with lots of storage and a large sundeck for sunbathing and dining. 3 min walk to a wonderful beach and near golf and tennis courses. 25 min from Copenhagen or Malmö Airport. 20 min to Malmö City. The surroundings offer horse riding, golf, tennis, sailing, wind- and surfing and lovely excursions to the countryside with lots of possibilities for lunch/dinner/coffee.
