Had a lovely stay, accompanied by my cat, because Pierre is "Pet Friendly" which is very appreciated. There is food in the kitchen, as well as coffee. The bathroom is equipped with hair dryer and toiletries. The stay offers a beautiful view of the beach and nicely decorated, the TV offers accessibility to replay and YouTube. Wifi is available. In addition, Pierre is very clear in terms of instructions and explanations and very responsive, in short everything was great, I'm already thinking about coming back 😍😍

Beautiful spacious house, everything you need for a particularly pleasant stay is present. Nice area, good restaurants, nice terraces. You'll be on the whole spacious beach within 2 minutes. Communication is fine, questions are answered immediately and agreements are followed up immediately. In short, highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment directly on the sea. The children were able to go directly from the apartment to the Dunen and on the beach. Nevertheless, very centrally located, everything within walking distance. The apartment is simple but well furnished with parents room with double bed and children's room with up to 6 beds. Quiet location (driving ban). Possibility to rent relatively cheap parking (35 euros/week) The owner is easily accessible and is open to all questions We loved it here and I'm sure we'll be back

I was very bad with the communication myself, especially with the arrival time. Wasn't very tidy of me, but Cedric and Christel were incredibly flexible and friendly, so congratulations to them. I also thought it was a nice place, with a very big and nice bathroom. And also a very nice kitchen. The bed consists of a fold-out sofa, but we slept well on it so I would definitely recommend this. We felt comfortable from the start Marjan had provided great refurbished information, we could easily check in and enjoy the beautiful apartment and magnificent views. The path to the center is a nice walk and not too far. Everything just fit, thank you for that! 👍

We stayed at the apartment last week. We had had the handover with Patrick. He was there on time and also gave us a lot of tips on what to do nearby, where to park the cheapest... etc. The place was very nice and clean and exactly as described in the advertisement. Being on a business trip with 2 colleagues in the Dunkirk region, we had a great time at Christophe's house. He greeted us with a smile and a nice bottle of wine. The house was in line with our expectations and very well equipped. I particularly appreciated the atmosphere that emerges from this house.

Beautiful accommodation than Nat's, with very pretty decor and layout. The garden is peaceful and sunny, the bedding quality, and the house is well equipped. Close to the beach on foot, as well as all the necessary shops and right next to a bus stop (free bus for all in Dunkirk). Great location to visit the city and surrounding area!

David and his partner are lovely people and they offer a very pleasant place to stay and very well served close to all services. We went there as part of the Dunkirk Carnival and were able to access the dike very easily. I frankly recommend this place and the owners who make it available because you will undoubtedly have a great stay.

Compared to our previous stays at Kaat, nothing has changed .... and that's good. We are always satisfied with the accommodation and its equipment that match the description. The contact with Kaat is friendly, easy and its responsiveness is impeccable. It's clear, this wasn't our last stay at Kaat's home.
