The location and amenities were as advertised! Needed new batteries for the tv remote and Sterling had them delivered right away (in the rain)! This was my very first Airbnb and would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful location, just a short walk to Siesta Key beach or the town there. The house had everything you could possibly need for cooking, cleaning, laundry, the beach, etc. The host, Billie, was also very nice and responsive. Highly recommend this stay as it was a great experience!

Great location and walking distance to the beach. Pool was perfect, clean and quiet in a very nice neighborhood. Our room had everything we needed for the 6 days we were there with perfect beach/pool weather. I would stay at Peter's place again without hesitation.

The stay at Judnie’s was great. I can honestly say the places looks better than the pics don’t judge the book until you read it ok!! Very peaceful & clean, I loved the privacy porch. This place is perfect for a last minute getaway or one in general.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

We loved this place. It felt like home right away and the owners were very attentive, even though we stayed a short time. We had concerns about handicap access which were responded to quickly. We brought our kids here to see it, so they know they now have a short term place to stay on their yearly winter stay in Florida. Very clean, with everything we needed. They even provided condiments and butter....butter, that was unexpected. How nice. We have already recommended this place to several friends from Iowa, so they have a known place to stay when they visit.

Andrew was an excellent host very responsive to whatever we requested. The property was in a very good location, clean and functional inside. Everything as advertised. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful holiday. It’s in a great location, a short walk to the beach and the place is very clean. We heard quite a bit of construction work happening in the neighborhood, that was the only thing we didn’t love. Other that that we had a great stay!

Wow...this place is fantastic and perfect in every way. Great Stay Homes communicated well and made us feel welcomed. The suite is incredible; clean, comfortable, well appointed. The private parking space was wonderful and the location, coupled with the free trolley, meant we did not use our car once we parked the first day. The beach is an easy stroll from the suite. All the best restaurants and shops surround the area. The suite was quiet and we slept great. We look forward to next year!

I can’t say enough about MaryAnn’s place, it was literally home away from home! All listed amenities were available including a keurig and K cups which I always appreciate. It was a peaceful and private setting. The outdoor space was a great bonus. Highly recommend a stay here and I’ll be back!

This place is even better than the photos and the listing description! Jolanta was a kind and helpful host. The side patio space was so peaceful. The design of the space , appliances and furniture are all very high end and beautiful. We felt at home and will return for sure!

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

Can't say enough about this place. It exceeds expectations. The location is also a huge plus. The beach and downtown are within walking distance and the pool and lounge area are a relaxing oasis. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, too. We plan on returning.

We came for a wedding. We had a range of guests from 25-85 staying in the house. Having an elevator was really helpful for the older guests. Having two kitchen areas was good one for entertaining and nice kitchen upstairs Where everyone could have breakfast together. Had all of the kitchen amenities needed. Location was great, very close to village and walkable to everything. They were very responsive and flexible With times. We highly Recommend this place. Nice pool And hot tub as well.

Suzette was super friendly, flexible and responsive. This was the easiest place to get in and out of. The place was comfy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful, safe and quiet property. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Thank you for a great stay!

The Oz house is a breath of fresh air, and unlike any other place we’ve stayed. Te has put so many special touches everywhere, she has created an amazing space loaded full of positive energy that everyone should experience. We loved our stay and look forward to returning very soon!

Great location. Hot tub was a super nice perk. Bed was extremely comfortable with high end linens and pillows. Everything was very clean and neatly organized. Left out bottles of water and Kcups for the coffee machine and even a couple of beers in the fridge. House was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. Sound machines kept place extremely quiet. Host was friendly and responsive with great local recommendations. Would definitely stay again. Great little garage conversion getaway that felt super homey and comfortable and not like a converted garage in any way. Master had blackout curtains and was super quiet and peaceful. Bathroom was super clean with extra towels and great shower pressure. Easy to get to lots of close restaurants and easy to get to downtown Sarasota. Exceptional experience all-around and price was great for the amenities provided!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking to local restaurants and market was convenient. Next time we want to visit the Postal Cafe..
