Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Our family had a great time at Chill Spot Manila. The place was clean and had all the amenities as described. Kuya Jun, their caretaker, was kind and helpful. The pool was clean, their beds smelled good and felt comfortable. All the aircons worked well and kept us cool under the heat. Super big deal because it’s really so hot during this time of the year so this is really appreciated. Overall, we really had no complaints and we will surely come back :)

Ann was very helpful and responsive. A bit too much stuff in this small space but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Accurate description of amenities and services. The unit has all the things you need, cooking, laundry, entertainment even toiletries needs. He’ll find you a parking slot so you won’t have to worry. I just find 1BR small for us 4 coz we’re all adults. 😂 Given the time constraints, this is the unit I can find where it has all the things we need. Thanks again for hosting, Peps!
