The host was veeeery nice and helped us a lot with our trip, food and places to visit recommendations. The place was very took care of, clean and beautiful. The garden and the building is amazing, you can feel real Italian atmosphere. The location was good and we enjoyed walking around, it’s really close to station so it’s great for trips. We think that it was the best place we could chose!

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Menaggio is an incredibly beautiful town with direct walking access to local hiking and the apartment was ideally located within easy walking distance from the square, boat and bus station. We could easily pop down for dinner and back or for a few groceries. Francesco and Luisa were very responsive and friendly - they went out of their way to make us feel at home, offered to pick us up from the boat and gave us a quick driving tour of the town. The check in was flexible, and they didn’t mind us arriving late as well as kindly letting us stay longer for a late check out! They gave recommendations of places to eat and kindly left some bubbles and snacks for us to use. The flat itself was spotless and very spacious with a gorgeous balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee in the sun with views of the surrounding mountains. Shower was hot and powerful. I highly recommend this apartment and its hosts and wish we could have stayed longer.

A lovely place. You will find yourself in an old Italian house, quite atmospheric. Constanza is a very nice lady! We enjoyed our stay, and liked breakfast much. The only thing to consider is that location is on a mountain, and you will have to go up and down a hill even if you have a car. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if you have little kids, or problems with knees you should think twice.

a little gem in the village at the end of the road... really breathtaking. Lovers of old stones, breathtaking renovations, walking to the chapel of Soldo overlooking Palanzo and Lake Como and in this magical village. This spot is for you. A very warm welcome from Sara, the mistress of the place.

We become friends and Yoko is such a gentle heart and they are so sweet to us we tried Organic foods made by Yoko. And they provide a lot of advise for the trip around the town. Their house is so unique even though the steps is a little trouble for taking luggage. But everything is worthy when you meet new friends. We hope we will come back and stay in their house again

Everything was super nice , clean and comfortable, and especially the view from the room is beautiful ! It has a small deck and I loved it❤️. With or without air conditioning the weather is very good , the breakfast is very nice and Mrs. Raffaella is very friendly and punctual with all the directions. You can reach less than 5 minutes to the center of the upper city. Thanks !

Marianna was so responsive before I arrived, sent me personalized photos of my particular room, and excellent photos and instructions of how to get there. Civico is in a fantastic part of town, peaceful and quiet, but easily walkable to absolutely everything. Also, her breakfasts are amazing!!! Would highly recommend.

Even though I was only able to stay for one night at Massimo's place, I had the most wonderful time. Olcio is so beautiful and to experience it while living at Massimo's was such a blessing. Massimo was incredibly friendly and accommodating even for the brief time I was there. Such a funny and kind person. I will definitely be back to Olcio and Massimo's Casa Della Musica!

I stayed in the listing for two months. I loved staying at her place. It feels good Doris offers a very comfortable and cozy accommodation. Hygiene is perfect. She takes care of everything. Change of linens and washing machines. The kitchen is common with several other bedrooms, the owner visits regularly to clean it, the amenities offered are very good. Private bathroom is spacious and very clean I would recommned this property

I stayed at Paula’s listing for 6 nights with 3 children. The place is lovely and clean and has all amenities needed within a B&B. It was approx 10 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins from a grocery shop. This was a great base to stay for visiting Milan, Monza, Como, Bergamo and others. The breakfast provided was excellent and having Wi-Fi was a plus point with the children. I would definitely recommend this listing for families who need a nice Northern Italian base.

Wonderful day with Patrick. Very friendly host and we really enjoyed the breakfast with him and we had a barbecue at the end. Definitely recommend the place. He is very flexible. He really tried to make our stay as nice as possible. Lovely surroundings.

Thank you Laura for the wonderful breakfasts, your good advice, and your kindness! We loved our stay. The accommodation is ideally located, in a small quiet village, with very good restaurants, far from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy towns of the lake. The ferry is 600m away, and allows for easy access to Bellagio. The bedding is very comfortable, the room tastefully decorated and remarkably clean.

We stayed with Concetta for the second time and it was even nicer. The room was nicely decorated and we were expecting beautiful tulips on the new desk. Since we were coming with our baby, Concetta had provided us with a baby bed with bedding, as on the first visit. Everything was very lovingly prepared. We were also allowed to meet the family on our second visit and have rarely met such wonderful people who have shown a sincere interest. We will definitely come back and maybe even stay longer. The connection to the highway is just perfect. The bathroom is also very well equipped. We visited downtown by bus. The journey took 8 minutes and cost €2. Bus stop is about 150m away. Right next to the accommodation you will find numerous catering options. A very clear recommendation.

We stayed for 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer! Elena was super kind and helpful, she showed us everything we needed to know. The place was also very enjoyable and the view is breathtaking! Highly recommend.

The place was as described and depicted in the photos. Great location for our stopover (1 nscht) home. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was very tasty and extensive. With our children we were 4 people and so we had the accommodation to ourselves - which was great. Francesca was a great and helpful host, who also gave us good tips for the evening. So we were able to make a great trip to the lake, as everything is very close. We can only recommend the place.
