Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Mandovi River

This Airbnb property was ideal for family who likes to spend their time in peace, away from the usual crowd of Goa. The host and care taker were extremely helpful. Since I had a baby, I requested for a specific pot to cook meal for the kid which they fulfilled and even offered me use their gas stove if needed. The swimming pool is large enough for 2-3 families. Open Car parking space is also there. All in all a great place to stay.

It's a very nice Airbnb . Location is close to everything. it's a set of 2 bedroom apartments. Apartments has everything you need for comfortable stay . property is nice and clean. property also has a nice pool with some balls for you to play in it. 24 hour reception desk was really helpful to check-in check-out at odd times. people at desk are very helpful in booking taxi rides and overall helping you. Host also was very helpful to provide whatever information we need. Appreciate all the help.

We had one of the best trip and this place was a huge part of it! the house was clean, beautiful and with full of amenities. The house is located at beautiful place surrounded with greenary and lovely views, general stores and liquor shops are at walkable distance. The owner Gurpreet and the host JaiP were so cooperative! We had a great time staying here!

The apartment is good. Worth your money. The location is quite convenient, 3 minutes to the super market, 10 minutes to the beach. There were some temporary problems with the cold water supply, but it was not dependent on the host, something at the level of the building management company. The host has put in a lot of effort to solve these problems. He also helped solve any problems, even the chargeback issue at a nearby supermarket.

Location is really good for a longer stay because everything is a stones throw away....groceries, places to eat, pharmacies etc.

The stay was very comfortable and the host was very friendly. The rooms were clean and all the amenities were convenient including the AC and wifi. The location is beautiful and calm.

The apartment is set out well, air con good, TV had some English stations, bathrooms were clean and had good showers, washing machine came in very handy, water purifier also came in handy, close to the beach and colva centre, some lovely resteraunt and bars, short and pleasant walk to benaulim beach with great beach shacks, very friendly locals, pool area was clean and pool was a delightful dip at the end of the day, would definitely recommend and would stay there again, all in all a great experience,

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay in this beautiful property. It was exactly same as described and the host was extremely helpful and understanding. House has amazing jacuzzi and private lift directly opening inside home. Wifi was very fast with signal covering whole house. Terrace view was also amazing especially sunrise. Host was responsive and very helpful. She was available on call all the time. I would like to recommend this property on next goa visit.

Dwayne was incredibly helpful and proactive in his responses. Despite our late arrival, everything was readily available for us. He made us feel very welcomed. The accommodations were exactly as described, and the surrounding area was serene and beautiful. We would definitely return here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful week at Jose's place! The flat is perfectly situated just a short 5-7 minute walk from Colva Beach, right next to Courtyard by Marriott, in a secure society. The main Colva market is an easy 10-15 minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive. We had everything we needed within walking distance, including grocery and wine stores and some of Colva's top restaurants. The self check-in process was smooth and effortless. Jose gave us a thorough rundown of the house over the phone, making us feel right at home. The rooms, bathroom, and wardrobes were spotless, and the strong Wi-Fi was a huge plus as we had to work on some days. The house had all the amenities listed on the website, and the society boasts a functioning swimming pool and gym. Jose was always available for any small requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Jose's place to couples looking for a peaceful retreat that's still close to all the action.

Very nice property. Exactly looked like the photos. Location is on point. You can visit Vagator, Anjuna and Mardem with ease. Mouna was a great host and communicated very well.

Shaina is legit the perfect host you could ask for. TBH I was little curious about her proactive helping nature until I stayed at her place and trust me I am coming here again n again & would recommend 1000% to those reading the review that you can book it without thinking twice(not a paid review). Beautiful decorated room with ample amenities including the pool that doesn’t feel like an BnB but it feels more like your own house. Not only the host but the manager Sabino and housekeeping Kamil were extremely helpful and very nice to talk to. The place is an absolute gem when it comes to location because it is actually not even 2 mins walk from the beach on 1 side & the main calangute candolim road on the other. She was very responsive & helpful to each n every questions I asked & went out of her way to help when needed.Would really urge AirBnB to ask Shaina n team to train other “how to be a great host” because she & the team really exceeded my expectations.I wish them well & good luck!

This was definitely one of the best properties I've stayed in at Goa. It brings out the best of South Goa in a quaint yet beautiful town. The closeby beaches are very clean beautiful. The property is maintained extremely well and the room was worth every penny. The host and the caretakers were very helpful and understanding. Their dedication to cleanliness and hygiene is par none. It's located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and all the essentials are readily available very closeby. The restaurant recommendations by Joshua were excellent. Overall, it's definitely a property worth visiting again and again.

Megha is such a great host. She’s so professional and made sure our check in was convenient and hustle free. Her place itself is in a great location and very clean. The staff there was also very cooperative. Having a pool right outside our villa was the highlight of our stay. It’s an extremely well kept place, with all the comfort you need.
