Self-contained, near new and well-equipped dwelling located in the great location, minutes stroll to Albany shopping canters, Long Bay beach and North Shore Golf Club. We would love to host you in our separate flat where you can relax in private. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 extra large bathroom (2 basins and 2 showers) and a big living room with deck, at the back of our home with own entrance. Beside a beautiful lake and the farm park, wide views from bedrooms and living area, very quiet.

Close to all the beaches and numerous walking tracks. launch your boat just over the road. Fabulous sunsets. Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.
