Holiday rentals with a patio in Manipal

it should be renamed to Heaven by the sea :). place was great. it's spotless, great interiors and exteriors. one step out of the gate is the beach, which was also clean. As it's by the sea, it may always be hot/warm, pack some light summery clothes and u will be set. the house has AC so u can chill indoors if needed. if u r into cooking ur own meals, they have a kitchen with some basic utensils, enough cutlery and an induction stove. We absolutely loved it and would be visiting again for sure.

The property was clean, well-maintained and had everything I needed. The host, Nikhil, is fantastic - he reached out beforehand to guide me on the best route and was always available to assist. He even helped me plan my trip itinerary and suggested amazing food joints to try. His enthusiasm to ensure I had the best experience was commendable. Overall, an excellent stay - Highly recommend!

We loved this place! The location is great - it is nestled between a beach on one side and a river on the other. The caretakers on location were extremely helpful and sweet. The house is beautiful and spotless. This is a great place for a large group, with plenty of beds and bathrooms. There are some restaurants a few mins away from where food can be ordered for pick up. The host was responsive and provided local recommendations. We had a wonderful time here and definitely deserves a thumbs up.

The place is pretty well maintained and spacious in itself and can accommodate 3-4 people easily. Mayur has been extremely easy to reach out to as well. However, this place would appeal more to appeal who prefer absolute solitude over the light hustle bustle of a tourist place. Overall this place is an excellent value for money .

The flat was new, neat and clean. Had all amenities... Gas stove, utensils, RO Water filter, fridge, washing machine, Wifi, cupboards, dining table and sofa set. The host was very helpful (provided bucket and mug immediately when it was not there in one of the bathrooms and agreed for an early check-in). Nice place to stay!
