We loved staying here! Quite nice to be able to pop right downstairs and have breakfast at Red Spire. Location was quiet and peaceful. Host was always quick to respond and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful and clean place located right in downtown Traverse City. Could not of asked for a more amazing place to stay. The host was very proactive, making sure we had everything we needed to have an outstanding visit.

This is such a neat Airbnb! Larger than the pictures. There are four bedrooms, two have been converted to alternate rooms. One is a living area with a TV, games, books, and the other is a kitchenette. Bathroom is spacious. Perfect for four guests. Upstairs unit, but felt like its own apartment. Great location for Traverse City, worked great for our weekend away

Felicia's rental unit is better than the photos! :) It is peaceful, calm, and in a picturesque part of Manistee. The unit has great windows: in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. There is so much great natural light that makes this place feel extra special and homey. Spacious and comfortable. Comfortable bed and furniture. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Relaxing bathtub. I stayed here for a long weekend as a solo traveler, and I can't wait to return for another stay. It would be a great place for a longer stay as well. Felicia was a proactive and gracious host. She thoughtfully provided pasta and sauce to cook (which I used!). She also let me park in the driveway during the snowy weekend, which was much appreciated. Lovely stay! Can't sing enough praises!

We loved our stay here! Ken and Rhonda were the perfect hosts, they were very flexible with check in and check out times and available to us during our stay. The stay is in a renovated garage next to their house, but we felt like we had lots of privacy and the setting with the pond and lots of land is wonderful. Everything seemed new, clean, and comfy, with lots of games that our kid loved. We loved the location, it felt remote but was also very convenient to everything we like to do in the area!

Overall, our stay was fantastic! Abby's place was wonderful! it was tucked away in the woods/forest with the most beautiful landscape view! We thought our little place was a perfect home away from home. It was tucked away in the forest, but Abby's instructions made it easy to find! Also, an extra star for the high end bidet. 🙃

Meg and Rita should be elevated to above “Superhost”. The little pink house is clean quiet and nicely decorated. All hosts should be as responsive and thoughtful. Every wall switch was labeled to let me know which switch operated each particular light or room. AND every wall socket was fitted with an adapter outlet which was so helpful when traveling with multiple chargers for multiple devices. A great stay. I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful place! Very spacious. Only thing I wish was clearer was parking instructions. There is a lot behind the house but can only fit 4 cars. The neighbor called and got one of the cars towed without warning within 8 hours of us getting there late Friday night. Besides that, very walkable to downtown TC. Beautiful place. Great living room and big kitchen table for a group games. Thank you for the stay!

Nice clean and organized place. Kitchen very well apportioned (including a cast iron skillet perfect for cornbread). Plenty of coffee pods and cooking supplies. We got lucky with the oats in the cupboard - made for a nice warm breakfast. Heavy snow, but good shovel and salt provided. Jeff even shoveled and salted the walk and stairs one day that he needed to come by to sanitize the hot tub. (We never got around to using it…🙁) Short walk through pleasant residential streets to the shore. Amazing sunset and glorious colors last night. (Don’t let the cold keep you inside; dress warm and get out there!) Bathrooms recently updated and it looks like most of the house has been. Heat, hot water spot on. Fireplace for ambiance. Comfy reclining chairs in living room with good sized TV. WiFi was great. Certainly would recommend the place for business or family.

8 of us to kayak the local rivers. plenty of parking, dishes, hug bathrooms. Only 3 coffee cups. Sleeps 10. 10 coffee cups would be good

House was exactly as listed. In addition to being spotless clean, all the house amenities were top notch with the best being the kitchen. Made majority of meals in high end kitchen - so refreshing to have quality pots and pans that made the experience great. Master bath was large with multiple shower heads in the shower. We enjoyed the rear patio at night with a relaxing fire in the gas fire pit. Parking was more than adequate with plenty of room and large garage that allowed storage of multiple bikes and e-scooter. Location was great with short walk to downtown or waterfront. Be sure to check out the Bricktown Cookie Company, Bricktown Burger and Loco Boys Brewing all less than 2 blocks away. Access to Tart & Boardman Trails was very easy allowing near daily rides. Be sure to check out walking trails at Hickory Hills and Vasa - very easy and relaxing. Communication with Rande was outstanding with near instant response. Obvious that Rande really wants guests to enjoy the house

Mary is a great host. She was available when we had questions. Nice central location and a cozy house with full kitchen. Perfect for our golf trip

Great place for a girls getaway. We enjoyed our time there with access to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend for a quiet location with everything you need.

We had an absolute blast staying at "In The Woods"! It exceeded all our expectations—honestly, the pictures don’t quite capture how amazing it is. The property offered perfect privacy, and both the interior and exterior were fantastic. Just a quick heads-up for anyone towing a trailer: the dirt roads leading in can be a bit bumpy and slow. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

As a person who likes nicer things when I travel, Jeff’s place really had it all. I traveled with my husband, and 5 & 6 yr old. Anyone who travels with kids knows it can be difficult when you’re away from home—but not here! Jeff’s place was equipped with everything we might need. The washer and dryer came in handy, the bed was so comfortable, my kids loved the sofa sleeper, and the view and location were great. It was so nice to be able to have the necessities right at our fingertips. Great food and shopping was just a block or two away and totally walkable (even in winter) with two kids. The one very minor issue we ran into (which was no fault of our host) he was able to work out for us in a matter of minutes. He was very responsive and prompt to respond to messages. Overall 10/10-would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Jeremy’s place! The place was spacious, clean, and I loved the balcony access for our pet. We also had a great trail to walk along, as well and the nearby neighborhoods. We were never more than 10-15 driving minutes away from most of the activities and places we wanted to visit, which made it extremely convenient and made the best use of our time. The building is quiet, easy to access and safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Zehra was a wonderful host and her place was everything that we wanted, needed, and more! Her space was very clean, organized, the aesthetics were on point, stocked with all the necessities and additional touches made us feel right at home! My husband and I are not new to air bnbs but this was my mother-in-laws first time and she was thoroughly impressed! We were in town for a wedding and Zehra was super accommodating, responsive, easy to work with and just an overall pleasant and understanding person!! We were all genuinely touched by her kindness during our stay. We loved the layout of her place with basically two onsuites and a comcomfortably sized shared spaces such as the kitchen, dining, living, and balcony. This we perfectly what we were looking for. 10/10, highly recommend. Thank you so much Zehra!

Great location right on the beach, a couple of miles from Traverse City. Good food and shopping there . We visited in October and the foliage was amazing. Hope to return there in the summer to spend more time in the lake.

This is a beautifully designed condo with lots of spaces for a group to be together (large table, kitchen island stools, and sitting area). We loved the location of the condo because we could walk to restaurants, shops and family who were also staying in the Village. Accessing the unit is a bit complicated but the directions given are well done and easily followed, but you need to have those directions available to you for your first time into the unit - after that first time, you will be fine. Also it is important to note that even with the elevator, everyone staying in the unit will have to negotiate a single flight of stairs with suitcase, either up a traditional staircase or the metal spiral staircase. We would highly recommend this unit.

We went up for a girl’s trip to visit some wineries. It was the perfect place for our weekend! Definitely recommend!
