The yurt sits in its own private space in the forest. Visit the farm animals, historic barn and vegetable gardens. Fire pit, outhouse with compost toilet, outdoor solar shower, and woodstove in the yurt. Visit the quaint towns of Grass Lake and Chelsea or go swimming in one of several nearby lakes. Welcome to the Yurt at Waterloo. This is a 16 ft’ Yurt. There is very nice separate outhouse. We are nestled in the woods only 1.5 miles from Portage Lake Campground. With swimming, boating, fishing, disc golf, etc. We are surrounded by thousands of miles of trails in the Waterloo Conservation area. Maps provided. Plenty of privacy for campfire nights and deck lounging while enjoying the sounds of nature. You will not find more private camping and serenity!
