Victorian Caribbean style house, with the beach in the house courtyard. You walk a 300 mt trail to the beach, surrounded by forest and you are enjoying Chiquita beach. The location of the house is privileged to be on the Mar side, and in 2 minutes walking. We are an eco-friendly house, there is an ECO hot water tank, we recycle the waste and the whole house is in wood with ventilation and natural lighting. The house is comfortable , private and with garage inside the property.
