Great value for money! The place is exactly like the pictures and is worth the price you are charged. Although it is not a large apartment, it has 2 bedrooms and a good living room, in addition to air conditioning, which is essential at this time of the year. The apartment was clean and in good condition. The best part is the location. In my opinion, the corner of the fort is the quietest to stay in Praia Grande, even at the end of the year. The apartment is a block and a half from the beach, with ice cream and restaurant on the same street, as well as a pharmacy and market (carrefour express) on the back street, which is the main avenue, with several restaurants, cafes, etc. You don't have to use the car for nothing! Finally, Nei was a great host, being totally available, answering us extremely quickly. It was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone

I will begin with the cordiality and speed in the communication of the host SRA Márcia! I have no words for her education and sympathy! We received a delicious cake and was always ready to help with any questions or problems! We stayed in 7 people, refrigerator super filled and didn't freeze enough, she promptly solved the problem! The ap is large, air-conditioned in all the rooms, everything is organized and clean! With ctz we will return!

Extremely impeccable, clean, smelling and much bigger than in the photos, we were surprised by the quality of the space. Super nearby beach, near the jequitimar mall and close to bakeries. Marvelous pool, all rooms with air conditioning, the space is simply wonderful. Super proactive, kind hosts responded quickly and provided all the necessary assistance. We would definitely like to come back more often.

I have visited the house other times and whenever I am there, I do not want to leave, the house offers everything we need and the space is wonderful.

Our stay was just PERFECT! The space is wonderful to relax and enjoy special moments as a family. The house was impeccably clean, organized and equipped with absolutely everything you need for a delicious lunch and barbecue. The rooms, with super comfortable suites. The pool was cherry on the cake! Water always pleasant, perfect for enjoying the day. The environment is a refuge, surrounded by green, where in the morning only the birds are heard, a quiet place, ideal to disconnect from the rush and relax. But the highlight was the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Marun and his wife Rita. From the beginning, they were extremely attentive, explained everything clearly and prepared everything to welcome us, arranging bedding and towels. I had an unforeseen event and Mr. Marun promptly helped me, something I'll never forget. This weekend was unforgettable, and no doubt I will return and recommend with my eyes closed!

It was a great place to rest comfortably with my family. Everything was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, so I used it very well. Dna.Rosa kindly explained it to me from check-in, and I was thankful that he answered me right away even if I contacted him when I needed it in the middle.

We had a great stay! The place is very quiet and pleasant. The apto do Rodrigo is impeccable, everything working and very clean. It is very close to the end of the beach of Enseada, a clean place,of calm sea and of little movement. I never stayed in the Tortugas region and I just loved it! It is also a few minutes drive from other less urban beaches,such as the one in Pernambuco,for example. The structure of the condominium is also amazing,all very clean and well taken care of. Rodrigo is objective in the information and quick in the clarification of doubts, the interaction with him is excellent. Indico this space with absolute certainty.
