Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mar del Plata

Highly recommended. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Well equipped kitchen, spacious space. Claudio was very flexible with check-in and checkout, which is a lot of help. We had to bring sheets and towels but that was not a problem for us. Very well located apartment. Everything was excellent.

The apartment is very well equipped, with all the comforts as if it were a hotel and the building is new and safe. Highly recommended.

We were in santa 2025 week, Viviana immediately contacted us and was very precise and detailed with everything for the stay. the place is a beauty, an unbeatable beach view, the apartment very tidy, clean and with absolutely all the amenities for a perfect stay (refrigerator with freezer, automatic washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, etc.). The building is very safe and facing the main avenue of Mar del Plata (Peralta Ramos). An excellent place, an excellent treatment of its owners, totally recommended. We'll be back soon!!

Marian is an excellent host! Also, the apartment has the best views I saw in Mardel of all the listings I was in. The area is a 10, steps from Varese, steps from Cabo Corrientes, from Playa Chica. A few blocks from Alem for dinner and for access to markets. Enjoy these days a lot, and I would definitely come back!

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Semipiso located above Alem, one block from the Sheraton of Playa Grande. Super spacious. You can park up to a van in the garage. The radiant slab works perfectly. The living room faces the ocean. The rooms have an incredible view of the entire city from the 15th floor.

We loved our stay at Cande's apartment. The place is beautiful, with incredible ocean views and an unbeatable location, just meters from the coast. The area is quiet, making exploring the sea much easier and more enjoyable, and perfect for a few days of relaxation. The apartment is fully equipped, with all the necessary cooking utensils, which makes the experience even more comfortable. Plus, Cande is a genius, always attentive and willing to help us. She welcomed us with the best vibe and allowed us flexibility with the checkout time, which was a huge plus. Without a doubt, a place we will return to and one we 100% recommend.
