The house of Mr. Valdemar is beautiful, spacious and super comfortable! It was neatly clean, large suites, fresh and smelling bedding and towels, wonderful pool, kitchen with lots of utensils, good mto air conditioners too! Sr Valdemar always mto kind and solicitous. Miinha família and I loved everything and we certainly intend to return soon!

Great place to rest with a beautiful view of the Mulungu mountain range. Very close to the city, piacin was clean we took many baths. safe and quiet place, we were even able to enter before the agreed time. I recommend to everyone

The stay at the cottage was delicious. All the same as announced, with a lot of whim, impeccable cleaning, the person who received us veryooo kindly, did everything to make us feel at home. Amei! Casa Bellavista matches what the name suggests. The property's location delivers an excellent view of the Serra de Guaramiranga, with a complete structure to welcome guests. The daily rates included the services of Mrs. Mayara, which contributed with excellence so that we had a good stay. Mr. Antonio has always been very helpful in our doubts and requests, responding effectively and quickly. Finally, the only negative concerns the neighbor of the next house, who from the beginning treated us with unkindness because we had taken dogs.

i didn't know guaramiranga, but in my opinion one of the best places to know. Anfitriao excellent super attentive giving tips of places to know, but only the rented space is attractive only, if god want to return I will thank you more times...

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

The service was wonderful, starting with the hostess who is very friendly gave great tips of nearby places. the house is very beautiful and since all the rooms are suites makes it easy and provides privacy, our trip had children and the staircase has a protective grille was very important! Camas are comfortable and all the bedding was really good!! We made use of the condominium pool and it was all like the ad!! I highly recommend this accommodation!!

It was a great stay! Cozy atmosphere, and extremely clean. Mr. Everardo welcomed us with kindness and was very helpful. The place has no garage but has 24-hour security on the street. The house is close to shopping, markets, restaurants and the beach. Great location. My family and I loved it and will be back as soon as possible.

Big house, with a garage! Very good location, very centralized in the city! Calm and totally quiet street, no neighbors made noise. The price was very good!

I really enjoyed the accommodation. It is 11 minutes from the center of Guaramiranga and the walk is good, but if you go without a car, it is better to choose something closer to the center if you want to have lunch or dinner there every day. Although it's only 11 minutes walking, there's plenty of slope. The view is beautiful and the neighborhood is very quiet. The neighborhood is very charming, with beautiful houses and low walls. The space is very large, with large toilets. We were in 7 people, but it was much more fitting. The check-in and check-out are very flexible. We arrived later and they allowed us to check out later too. I recommend it!

Our stay was just perfect! The house is exactly as described in the ad: clean, organized, cozy we feel good. The host Renata is very attentive and responsive. And having your José who is the housekeeper nearby makes a big difference,he is fine people. We were extremely well received by Rodrigo (homemade). He was always super helpful and kind. Overall, the house needs a lot of maintenance inside (windows, doors, old TV not smart, air conditioning that turned on by itself, lights that flashed all the time, windows and doors with trouble closing, showers that come out little water, laundry without a lamp. In the photos of the ad had decoration pots, liners on the tables, but unfortunately there was none of this available, falling short of the photos. The impression of everyone upon arrival was that it did not seem at all with the photos, as it was much smaller and needed good maintenance and decoration.

The person who rents the house is a company and they are very quick in their responses and requests, giving comfort to those who will rent the house. The house is as comfortable as the listing.

Dona Silvia's house is very much what she shows in the images. It is a great house, well cared for, good safety for being all fenced and comfortable. She and the housekeeper Mr. Antonio are extremely attentive and quick to assist. One important thing that is worth noting is that in addition to the qualities of the house, Mrs. Silvia is extremely correct and honest about the indications, information and agreed upon, so what was agreed with her once you can rest assured that it will be complied with. My experience and my family at the house of Rita de Cássia was wonderful, we were super well attended and welcomed by her Toinho, as well as Rita a love of person, always with attention and affection treated me, her house is fantastic, super organized, large, ventilated and with all the utensils we needed, we loved the experience, I highly recommend her house, I intend to come back other times, for us everything was wonderful🥰🙏😍🫶!

Wonderful lodging! We spent a quiet and fun weekend as a family. The house is very spacious and has a great leisure area. The hosts promptly answer the messages and were flexible at the check-in and check-out. The location is great as it is next to Beach Park and is quite safe. It has all the kitchen utensils. Only one electric fryer is missing, but as we were previously warned, we took ours. We don't use the barbecue, but if someone is going to use it, take grills because there's only one available. We received the house clean and tidy, with new bedding. It's a place that invites you to return. We are on our home list for a second and third stay.

We were very welcome, Host Douglas showed us the house and advised us on every situation and detail of the house, an excellent place for those who like park and home has everything to serve a large family. Fridge, brewery even has wood stove 🪵 congratulations. We'll be back for sure.
