The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

Very clean apartment with good bedding and being well equipped. It is very well located by being a 10/15 minute walk from the port and the aquarium. It is very quiet and the parking spaces are very nice. We also appreciated being able to pick up the keys early (as soon as we arrived at 1:00 p.m.) and benefit from the parking which allowed us to enjoy La Rochelle from our first day.

This is the second time my spouse and I have been staying at this Airbnb. The space is always spotlessly clean and welcoming. It is in a private and very quiet residence. I highly recommend this listing, it is always with a smile that we arrive at the accommodation which is very pleasant. Breakfast is always present and the owners are responsive and clear in terms of messages and instructions.

Very nice retaise house located in a quiet area. Close to the port and small shops. A large living room furnished and tastefully decorated with 3 spacious and bright bedrooms, very good bedding. I had a great stay at Frédéric's place. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Communication was smooth, and Frédéric was very responsive and helpful. Just keep in mind that you need to bring your own towels, bedsheets, and covers. Other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent stay: bike rides in the marshes, oyster tasting on Oleron Island, discovery of Royan, stay in La Rochelle. The accommodation is very well located for discovering the surrounding area. The weekend was really nice! The accommodation was spotless, clean and very well-equipped. The location is great, just 200 meters from the beach with direct walking access, which is super convenient. We can only recommend this place. Public parking just opposite the apartment which is very convenient. The accommodation is very well located, well arranged and the sauna is a real plus! The many baby amenities are very convenient for a few days stay. Xavier was very responsive and accommodating, thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

The small house is superb in a quiet residence, and in the city center. It was perfect for discovering La Rochelle with our 2-year-old. We'll be back!
