Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Marble Falls

My family and I had an amazing Christmas at this Farmhouse. Debbie's description of the house is very accurate, check in/out was a breeze and she made herself available to answer any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms super clean and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook our meals. Thanks!

We stayed at Julian's home for 2 months. It was so quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood and we greatly appreciated how nicely everything was prepared for us when we arrived. We're booking again for our visit next year!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Very spacious well designed floor plan. We saw a beautiful sunset every evening and wildlife passing through the yard during the day. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants but feels like you’re in a remote location. The pool was beautiful! We plan to stay again! Kevin and Lawrence were helpful and friendly hosts.

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

Great place! Clean and cozy. We were looking to book a place with 3 full bathrooms and this place fit the bill. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place, but there are a few items advertised in the Airbnb listing that were not in the house such as ceiling fans and an iron. We were in town for a wedding and really needed an iron, but we could not locate one in the house. Additionally, the rooms were a bit warm as none of them had ceiling fans. Other than that, we enjoyed the house and the proximity to the wedding venue.

The house is really beautiful! Very clean and comfortable very nice decor. We enjoyed the stay! Then my teenage son left his wallet and let me know 2 days later. I sent a message they responded immediately. They would look for it It was found and they so kindly mailed it back to us. Really wonderful service! Thank you again. We would love to stay again

I had a great 2 week stay. The internet was strong enough for me to do my WFH job and stream podcasts while working. Excellent view of lake buchanan and lots of places to walk and explore around the lake. It was within a reasonable driving distance to Enchanted Rock and Inks Lake.

Luis was very helpful and response. The unit was great and very comfortable. He answered all our questions while we stayed there. There were no extra blankets to use while watching tv, but otherwise the Airbnb was great.

Brand new building, great spot for easy access to north Austin. The growing pain of it being new construction, is that there is construction noise constantly. Even on Saturday morning unfortunately. But space is very comfortable and clean. Everything you might need in kitchen. Would recommend

This is a great place to stay. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was great! Madison was an amazing host, always responded super quick and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. The location was awesome, we were within a decent walk of everything on 6th street. If you don’t like the walk, the post is correct on there being tons of scooters and bikes around the area. I would definitely recommend this stay, especially if doing a lot of 6th street or nearby.

We had a great stay at Bon Voyage. If we come to Austin SXSW or any other time we would love to book this space again. The apartment was just as it looked in the ad. It was easy to gain access to the building with the OPEN app. Apartment was on eastern side of building so although we were near to some of the SXSW festivities it was peaceful. There was a great TexMex spot nearby. Apartment was easily accessible by bus, bike or walking.

I had a fantastic stay during SXSW 2025! The location was ideal – a welcome break from the downtown crowds, but still within easy walking distance of the convention center. I was impressed by the variety of restaurants nearby, and the host team was exceptionally responsive and helpful. They made sure I had a comfortable and stress-free experience.

I absolutely loved every moment of my stay here! It was an amazing experience! From the time of booking until the end of my stay, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by Wendy. She was incredibly responsive with all instructions and details, ensuring my stay was smooth and enjoyable. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The view from the bedroom by the lake was absolutely breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the peacefulness of sitting on the patio, watching the sunrise, sunset and moonrise, I highly recommend Wendy’s place to anyone looking for a delightful stay. It was perfect for what we needed and close to our family. The proximity to the grocery store was great!

Wonderful house. Looks exactly like the pictures. Modern, sleek and enough space. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen fully stocked. We had a wonderful reunion of friends there. Only thing to be mindful of is how steep the driveway heading in is.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The house is chef’s kiss, and everything has been considered. It really felt like home away from home.

This is a sanctuary in the Texas Hill Country with luxury furnishings, property amenities and great staff! We loved it and will be back!!

Our family loved this space. It was a beautiful location and we'll played out home. Kimberly was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed.

Our stay at Stone Home Ranch was fantastic. Wendy was an excellent coordinator, offering great area suggestions and quickly arranging firewood after our request. Her son Colby also set out firewood for the pit and Wendy even offered to mail a forgotten item. The property is stunning and comfortably fit all 9 of us. The large kitchen was fully equipped, and Wendy provided farm fresh eggs; some guests even harvested their own. The river access, kayaks, and paddleboards were major highlights. The spacious back patio was perfect for games, and the multiple balconies and master suite’s private sunroom were lovely. The bathrooms were well-designed with excellent water pressure in the showers. Enjoying coffee while hearing the rooster crow was a charming experience. We had a memorable stay and plan to return. We highly recommend Stone Home Ranch!

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

Kathy was an amazing host!!! the house was in incredible condition when we got ther and she was super communicative the whole time! We drove down from OKC and had some car troubles when we arrived and needed to stay extra days, she was very understanding and willing to help us while we figured out our plan to get back home!

The house and location is beautiful. And Grant is an excellent host. We’ll definitely return again. The house is hidden among the trees and the Blanco River. It’s a quiet and peaceful escape from the city. We didn’t even bother leaving the house. For the first time, we just sat around and enjoyed the silence.
