Independent T2, in my villa, quiet residential area, close to the city center, Beaumont Park and all amenities.Parking in the avenue free and quiet. Pau,capital of Béarn, is a pleasant medium town 40 minutes from the Pyrenees and ski resorts, 1 hour from the Basque and Landaise coasts; famous for the castle of Henri IV, the Boulevard des Pyrénées, stage of the Tour de France, canoeing kayaking at the whitewater stadium, horseback riding and other cultural and sporting attractions.

Beautiful independent apartment in park

👷⚠️Construction of the Pool in progress ⚠️👷‍♀️for all my future guests , please know that the pool is being built in the park ( see photos ) , no noise disturbances during the day because we pay attention to our guests .. but the park is a little “ disfigured ” on one part .. “Large independent studio of 45 m2 , with private entrance, premium bedding (1 queen size bed) seating area with sofa, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, equipped kitchen and air conditioning.

Very nice house of 50 m2 located in a very quiet residential area of Tarbes, a 5-minute drive to the city center on 350m2 of land. Bedroom with 140 bed, Louis Philippe wardrobe three doors. Living room with sofa convertible very comfortable, TV 82cms, dining room with table and 6 chairs and crockery, all on 16m2, ceiling at 3.10m with exposed wooden beams. Nice bathroom with shower, thermostatic faucet. Garden furniture, barbecue, Nespresso coffee machine.
