Coastal Garden Apartment Close to Tunnels Beach and Harbour

Had a brilliant new year break at Helens apartments, the whole apartment was decorated to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you needed, the lovely open plan kitchen diner living room with large sofa and chairs was perfect for our two small families to gather, had lots of really good information from Helen about the area, which was very helpful. Everything is right on your doorstep nice short and long walks, shops, pubs and restaurants the car didn't leave the car park. I would highly recommend the apartment and am looking to return ourselves for another stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The views were breathtaking, and the log fire added such a cosy touch—it made the whole experience even more special. The beds were super comfortable too, which is a big deal for a picky sleeper like me! A short walk takes you to the beach, where you’ll find an incredible waterfall—such a hidden gem. Su & Mike made everything so easy with detailed directions, maps, and super helpful information. All in all, a fantastic place for a peaceful getaway. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family looking for a relaxing weekend escape!

Had a beautiful stay at the Stables. The accommodation is so nicely decorated and has great touches to make it feel homely. Welcome gift was a lovely touch - and much enjoyed! Kitchen was well equipped, and it had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. On the doorstep are fantastic and dramatic coastal walks as well as the Exmoor hills, lots to discover. Thank you so much to Vivienne and Alan for hosting us.

Cozy Cottage Hot Tub Logburner Beach or Pub 5 min

We stayed two nights at Little Avalon and it was perfect for our Gower getaway. Great location, perfect for hikes to Oxwich or a 10 minute drive to Rhossili. The local village of Reynoldston is also just a 10 minute walk away. The hot tub was also fun, albeit as instructed it does take quite a bit of time and effort to get the heat going! All in all, it was a fantastic retreat, Jules is a great host and we would recommend Little Avalon to others.

Perfect stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Quiet and peaceful with plenty of walks. Mike was very friendly and happy to share his knowledge of the local area. The lake house was spotlessly clean and kitchen well equipped. Glad we brought all our provisions with us as local shops some distance away. Mike was very helpful with my elderly mother, very patient and nothing too much trouble. The highland cattle were an added bonus. If you’re looking for a quiet few days away then mikes place is the perfect getaway. Thank you for your kindness Mike it was much appreciated.

Tudor & Ana are very responsive. The house is spacious and modern clean. Tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are supplied. It is easy access to Pen Y Fan walk and Four Waterfalls trails. we are thoroughly enjoyed our two nights stay. Thank you!

Seaside Cottage with Stunning Views

My mum often visits ogmore-by-sea to remind her of my late dad who we lost in 2023 so booking the cottage was the perfect present for her birthday. The cottage was homely and had everything we could possibly need inside. Annabelle was so quick to respond to any queries it made the whole surprise for my mum easier to arrange. The views from the cottage are nothing short of spectacular. When we arrived it was quite windy so we opened the windows turned all the lights off and listened to the waves crashing by candlelight. When we woke up there were no cars in the carpark so we walked (in our pyjamas and waterproofs) across the cliff top to enjoy the views of the sun on the water and even saw a rainbow… this was my dad! we are already hoping to book again for the summer to take my two young children back and enjoy a family break without any shops, soft plays and parks just pure beauty at its finest. Thank you so much Annabelle

Detached Coach House near Principality Stadium

Thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Cardiff. The Coachhouse was in a superb location between the city centre and Cardiff Bay. We visited the castle, the national museum, Cardiff Bay, Millenium Centre. There was a fabulous walk to Penarth and we ended with a tour of the Principality Stadium. We would love to come back again.

Had a fantastic stay in Pippa’s place with my family this weekend. Really good value for such a lovely place. Had the best weekend exploring the Devon coastline. Plenty of places to surf and eat. The place was clean, spacious and really well stocked. I usually carry a lot of ‘utilities’ with me when travelling but I didn’t need any of them in Pippa’s place. Was also really nice to be able to properly unpack as there is ample storage space. My children loved it too!
