This is a very well equipped AirBnb with a friendly, communicative host.

This home was beautiful, with lots of windows and natural light. Big open spaces to accommodate all our family. Nice location next to the river with peaceful surroundings.

Stayed here several times so far and they are great host. We are from out of town working in Columbus and this is our go to anytime it’s available. Feels like home from amenities to quality beds to sleep on. Can’t say enough good things about this place !

We definitely enjoyed the beautiful cabin and grounds, as well as the Pool Table, Slot Machine, Golden Tee Golf Game, Theater Room, Hot Tub, and all the other amenities. The beautiful Peacocks and Cats were also great to see. The Scavenger Hunt was enjoyed by all our guests. Alan and Laura were very responsive to our needs and are great hosts. The cabin was well stocked with anything we needed and we had a great time.

Great stay, the house and everything in it is brand new and the location is perfect for Mid-Ohio. Will definitely stay again next time we’re at the track. Couldn’t be better!

Great home and location in Columbus. The house was perfect for a large group to hang out and relax. The third floor lounge and balcony was the highlight and a great spot to watch sports on TV. The hosts were very easy to work with and everything went smoothly. The two car garage was very nice with plenty of street parking. Next time I am down in Columbus for a game I will definitely look to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable charming and spacious. Also great to have the backyard for the dogs. Loved the historic neighborhood.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ryan Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcomed. The House was exactly as described and even better in person. It was clean stylish, and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed to host our family Christmas party. The beds were cozy and the kitchen was well equipped. The area is quiet and peaceful but still close to awesome shopping and eating areas. Communication with the host was quick and easy. They were very responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to stay. I will definitely be booking again with Ryan!

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for our guys weekend. Plenty of beds, beautiful park behind the house and only a few minutes away from the Apple Valley Golf Course. Todd and JoAnn were extremely responsible, accommodating, and friendly. I would gladly stay here again.

Everyone loved the house. The game room was a hit with both young and old. Very clean house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pizza oven was a great feature. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Filmon was very accommodating to our group. He checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and left us to enjoy the home. Definitely will be rebooking with him!

The place was updated nicely, and with 8 of us there was plenty of room for both the adults and kids to hang out. The kids all really enjoyed playing in the furnished basement. The host is very responsive and the instructions for check out were easy. Would recommend this listing!

Wow! Pictures do not do it justice. The place is brand new. They have everything you could want including bathroom supplies cooking basics fire wood paper goods. This place was simply amazing. I mentioned cooking a turkey and not only did they make sure a roasting pan was there but also supplied disposable ones. The place looks professionally decorated. They had directions for everything. The small touches were fantastic. They even supplied cotton pads for your face. The layout is fantastic. The views of the lake were beautiful. We were all sad to leave. As great as it was in the winter I want to come back in the summer. There’s a bar across the water that you could just take a raft over to!

I have rented this house for the last four Christmases. It is the perfect place for my big family to spend Christmas together. It has a great kitchen, big dining room, lovely living room and library, upstairs laundry and comfortable bedrooms. It is the perfect house for a big family event.

We had a fantastic stay at this home while attending a school conference with friends. The space was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our entire group. Ted and his team were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to meet our special requests. The house was well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a memorable trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose to stay again!

We made life long memories this weekend in Greg’s absolutely beautiful cabin. We loved the indoor pool so much! It was a typical, chilly Ohio April and truly made the vacation to have our own private pool with heated floors. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Would recommend!

I came here with my colleagues for a business trip, and the surrounding area is very quiet and close to the supermarket. It's not far from where we're doing business. It was a perfect trip.

I thought the listing was great until the 'ants'... There was water coming up from the floor in the basement, we kept having to mop up the water... The ceiling fan was really wobbly and loud, could not run because we were afraid that it was going to fall from the ceiling Amanuel was a great host, but this was not worth over $1,100.

Our family recently had a ladie's retreat at this beautiful place and we all enjoyed it so much! The house was very clean and had lots of fun things to keep us all entertained. Our family specifically loved the ping pong and pool tables. We plan to visit again!

Great stay for our family of 5. The 3 bedrooms are on the second floor with 2 full bathrooms. The third floor is a converted attic space with 2 double beds, plenty of natural light and space; no bathroom on this floor. The main floor has a half bath, laundry, kitchen, living, dining. The private garage was a nice bonus. The house had small features that make a big impact, IMO: tissues, throw blankets, bathroom hooks, in-room AC and heating units, quality linens. The location was very convenient to many parts of the city. The neighborhood is pretty populated, so there was some noise from kids playing and vehicle traffic. The host was very responsive.
