We arrived and could park at the house, which was very easy. Immediately we entered with the code provided to us by Tatiana. Entering we immediately had a "wow feeling": the house was very nice, modern, tastefully decorated and it was cozily warm (there is underfloor heating). The 2 bedrooms and bathroom and a separate toilet are on the ground floor. Special mention for toilet room: smells very good! The living room is located on the 1st floor and has a large open kitchen with large windows and a spacious sitting area. We also took advantage of the beautiful fireplace, wonderful! We loved the rat race for a few days and were able to relax, Tatiana also gave good tips for walks, which we also did and these were worth it. We'd love to come back to this extremely cozy place! Very nice night spent, thank you to Julie for her quick reaction time and the clarity of her messages. We went there with our dog and baby, she provided us with everything we needed and the garden was well fenced. On top of that, small jams/nutella/all kinds of tea and coffee available. Warm pellet stoves, highly recommend 😁

Marc is a spotless host, excellent contacts with him before and during the stay. he is also friendly, he had already prepared us a fire for our arrival knowing that the temperatures were negative and that we had toddlers. The space was perfect for us and ideally suited for our group of 5 adults and 2 toddlers. The location is also ideal, in the countryside in a very small village but close enough to the big cities of Ardennes.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Frederic's place. The house is located in a quiet, rural village. We have not been bothered by ambient noise at all. Frederic personally welcomed us and all the information was clearly explained. The house was equipped with all comforts and more. The sauna is an added value to completely relax. The areas were clean and match the pictures. Congratulations on your beautiful home, Frederic. It was an ideal start to 2025.

Beautiful apartment in a cozy street! The property is nicely renovated and very stylishly decorated. We enjoyed a few days with a friend couple and our (small) children. Two of the three bedrooms don't have interior doors. We were not bothered by this in itself, but it was useful to know for the noise. Otherwise completely as described and very nice to stay!

Very friendly reception. Large and clean house with all amenities. Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. Large garden where the children can be smaved to their heart's content. The games room offers many possibilities and various board games available. Also a lot of documentation in Dutch about the sights and hiking trails nearby. Very beautiful nature

Stayed here for the F1 Spa Grand Prix. It’s was 30-45 minutes drive which made it ideal. The cottage was lovey and quiet being offset from the road down a drive. The garden was huge. Could have stayed here as a family holiday it was nice and relaxing. Loads of local recommendations and helpful information on check in. Rooms were plenty big enough. Place was clean. Loads of amenities. Would definitely stay here again

Great stay in this beautiful house for our friends. Large fridge, full kitchen, enough dishes, neat decor. We even enjoyed the terrace with a beautiful fall sunset. Wood burning stove is more true! Very nice location, quiet, perfect for our beautiful walk around the Nisramont dam

Very nice cottage for large groups with children (games, blillard, kicker, garden hut are great). Recommended village for lovers of forest walks in remote places. The cottage is clean and as described. Rare in cottages: storage space for your groceries and equipment! Small downsides: the bedrooms on the 2nd (family suite) fully open and lack of hot water if everyone is showering at the same time. Nothing catastrophic, I highly recommend this cottage.
