It was great to stay with Vera! all very friendly and welcoming, has flexibility in check-in and check-out, the rooms are clean and organized and it serves great coffee! In addition, the place has a beautiful view! It is a peaceful commonality and with a quiet and respectful neighborhood! We intend to host again more often!

I found my perfect stay! Vera is a lovely person and the place is beautiful and well organized. Breakfast time is very flexible!! The hill is a quiet place and people are very kind, I've met great restaurants right there. I am very grateful for the stay and I intend to come back more often ❤️❤️

The stay at Charles' place was one of the best experiences with airbnb! He was a very likeable and supportive host whenever we needed advice and help. He even gave us a sightseeing ride by car when we arrived in Rio and he also filled our purse with a few Reals when we left by taxi as we did not have the full amount for the ride to the airport. That was just excellent! The accomodation itself was new, comfortable and clean. The view from the kitchen over Rio's Botafogo and the equipment to cook was amazing. Parrots and monkeys also come around to say hello... The neighbourhood was also good - central, calm and welcoming. Some people down the street even greeted us on the 2nd day as they knew we were now belonging to the neighbourhood. We felt absolutely safe, also in the dark. You can easily walk to a supermarkt, to the Metro, the Botafogo Beach and the Christ Statue from the accomodation. Next time in Rio we would definitely stay with Charles again! Thanks!

Bindu is a fantastic host! Every morning she is super helpful about tips on where to go in Rio based on our interests. We lived her 7 days with our two kids (aged 6 and 9) who really loved to swim in the pool and hang out at home when we needed a break from the big city. Extremely delicious breakfast too. It has been amazing to live here!

We stayed at Paulo's place for 5 nights and enjoyed our accommodation. The house is well-decorated, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shared bathroom was always clean. Paulo is an extraordinary host who made every effort to ensure our holiday was a success. He suggested places to visit in Rio and gave us helpful advice. His breakfast and coffee were delicious. We would definitely stay at his place again when returning to Rio.

It's my fourth time in Saquarema and I've never felt so at home! Livia is extraordinary! Delicious breakfast every day and made with a lot of love, you see in the table tidy, with flowers harvested from the foot and pampering for my daughter. The location is great, better than we thought. Family atmosphere, we are very comfortable in the pool, in the backyard and in our room. A Flor (the dog) and the cats (Juma and the other that I don't know the name) were a show apart, we love animals and we love these cuddles a lot. We enjoy beautiful butterflies, miquinhos, Belgian canaries, bem-te-vi's, we ate mango from the foot, we got a change of passion fruit to take home and the fruit itself. Anyway, it was one of the best New Year's of my life. We will never forget this welcome and we will definitely return. May the universe send Livia double everything she provides to her guests. I am SO happy my bestie chose this Airbnb. He came last year and loved it so when I told him I wanted to join his annual trip to Rio, he insisted we stay here. Now I understand why. This is the most charming Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. This home is enchanted. I had the best and most restorative sleep here every night. The beds were cozy. The bathroom is stunning. The whole house is full of beautiful local art. There’s attention placed into every detail of the home and the experience itself. Opt for the breakfast. A great way to start the day. There’s a gym nearby where you can get a cheap weekly pass. 20 min Uber to the beach ($3 or $4 USD). Walking distance from the entrance to Christ the Redeemer if that’s your thing. Such an amazing host and beautiful spirit. I asked for thread to sew something and she did it for me. Genuinely, she’s SO kind! She also sent out our laundry as an add on. I hope to visit again someday soon. Magical place! Thank you thank you thank you!

We went as a couple and found that Urca is a great place to live in/stay in Rio, a quiet neighborhood and reasonably close to everything (within what is possible in a city the size of Rio de Janeiro). The apartment is also great, spacious, comfortable, complete, in a beautiful house, super well decorated and with a great vibe. The only negative point was the bathroom box, which dropped water out of the bath space. If they solve this box issue, the apartment is perfect. Service was also great, polite and attentive, and we had a specific demand that the Host was very proactive to help us. We would definitely get back to staying.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Copacabana! From the moment we arrived, our host, Jarvel, made us feel like family with his warm hospitality. He was always available to assist with anything we needed and provided helpful advice about the area that we wouldn't have known otherwise—truly a Godsend. Our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, and Dora was professional, always pleasant and kept everything in top shape. Breakfast each morning was a wonderful way to start our day, and the atmosphere felt just like home. The rooftop pool was the cherry on top, offering the perfect refreshing dip after a day of sunbathing, with the water temperature always just right. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Rio—this place made our trip unforgettable!

The receptivity was top notch. A place is quiet and cozy. All well clean. A nice place to rest on vacation!
