We had a fantastic stay at this townhome during the holidays with our family! The space was incredibly spacious—perfect for everyone to relax and enjoy quality time together without feeling crowded. It was also spotlessly clean, which made it even more comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was absolutely ideal for our needs—close enough to everything we wanted to explore but tucked away in a wonderfully quiet area that allowed for peaceful evenings. We appreciated the thoughtful proactive communication from Santiago the seamless check-in process. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a perfect holiday getaway! Everything was as described. Comfortable and clean, kitchen was well set up. Everything we needed.

The home worked great for our small family gathering. They even provided a roll-in crib for the baby so that was nice. And we appreciated the offer to extend our check out time so it wasn't so hectic on Sunday morning to get packed up and gone. We'd book this home again without second thoughts.

Place as described. Enjoyed how the beds could be configured as fulls or kings (came in handy for 6 people). Place was clean and a quick Uber to Scottsdale road.

Had a great stay! The condo was clean, clutter free and very quiet, even with the windows open. The condo is very close to Old Town Scottsdale, so it’s very walkable. Danielle and Ryan were very quick on messaging us back when we had a question and were very accommodating. We definitely would stay there again.

Nice place in a great location—easy walk to Old Town Scottsdale with lots of food and shopping nearby. The area was quiet, and the pool was a great bonus. The little extras like toiletries, towels, and extra fans were a really nice touch. Giving 4 stars just because a few small things could be better, but overall a good stay!

Stayed for an entire week. Everything was nice and many places were a walkable distance for anyone without transportation.

We had a MARVELOUS time! We’ve enjoyed many Airbnbs over the years and this is by far the cleanest and best stocked! Location is perfect! Mary welcomed us with a message full of information and suggestions! EVERYTHING was well explained and easy to use! We truly look forward to coming back! Beds were super comfy!! The fireplace was a beautiful added enjoyment! We walked to many places for fun and had very short drives to others! We highly recommend this Airbnb! Also recommend the short walk to Prickly Pear for shopping, food and entertainment! Driving a few more blocks to Buffalo Chip will immerse you in cowboy fun (music, rodeos, bull riding). A GREAT place for brunch is literally called BRUNCH! And, walk about a block for El Encanto...restaurant with an indoor/outdoor pond with ducks & turtles. GREAT STAY!

My wife and I enjoyed our week long stay. Interior of condo is smartly decorated, nicely furnished and extremely comfortable. Impressed with the overall cleanliness upon arrival. Robert was very responsive to any questions or comments. Looking forward to our next trip to Gilbert to see family and will definitely seek a return stay.

In all my years of using AirBnb, Mario is a stand out host. His response times are almost instant, and his communication is stellar and kind. His instructions were so clear and easy to decipher, and his thoughtfulness with making the whole experience very fluid and easy for his guests is definitely felt and appreciated. Now for the house - fantastic ! I’ll definitely be booking this again on my trips to Phoenix. The area is very quiet and no noise disruptions. Everything was impeccably clean, the bedrooms are so large and boast private balconies, the beds are comfy and I loved the ceiling fan and decor. We loved the privacy of having two bedrooms & a large bath upstairs, with the downstairs being more of a hangout and another full bath. The pool is lovely and located directly across the way from the home - just a hop, skip, jump into the pool ! We loved the serene, spacious patio and outdoor space and enjoyed it nightly. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed!

It was a very nice place and clean. Needed a couple essentials-frying pan-pitcher-grill- storage containers but we made do. We have a truck and parking was tight. Otherwise met Dan and he seemed very nice. Would stay again. Location great too.

We had a great stay at Jason’s townhome. Very comfortable with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Clean, well appointed and very close to Old Town Scottsdale for shopping and dining. We would definitely stay with Jason again.

Darolyn is the bomb!!! We drove 1800 miles with a dually truck, trailer, motorcycles and our large dog. Darolyn’s communication from the beginning was exceptional. She explained how parking would work and there were no surprises! Her place was PERFECT for us! We have a Neapolitan Mastiff and she was right at home. We brought her kennel and set that up in the living room. It worked really well. Our dog easily learned how to use the doggy door and loved it. FYI, there’s a huge dog park a couple miles away on Carver Rd. We went there everyday. Our dog will miss the new friends she made 🐾 The beds were so comfortable and I loved having a TV in the larger one. The shower head was delightful and the pressure was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for anything more in the kitchen. It was well stocked and accessible. Loved having a washer and dryer available and use of one side of the garage. The patio was very comfortable and the privacy blinds were great at night. Thank you Darolyn!!

We were in town for business. Convenient location, close to Tempe marketplace, Asian plazas for groceries and restaurants, Walmart. Cali’s home had the amenities to make us feel at home.

We had a great time in the apartment! It had everything we needed. The location was excellent and it was very quiet. A nice bonus was the pool in the community.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at Marcia’s home this weekend. It was very clean and spacious for my group of 5, she welcomed us with snacks and everything we needed in the kitchen, were able to sit out and enjoy the air on the balcony and rooftop. Everything was a 10/10!! Book with her for your next trip to Phoenix!

Really nice spot with a great floor plan to the unit. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed and was at very reasonable price. Covered parking was a nice bonus!

The unit was exactly as described. We had no issues! Nice kitchen supplies, plenty of towels, good storage. Wonderful area!!! We felt very safe and went to so many restaurants!! Super convenient drive to multiple grocery stores, fashion square, and hiking trails. Location definitely exceeded expectations!!

Billy was an excellent host and the place was perfect. He took great care of us and was quick to respond and answer/help with any questions needed. The place was clean, had all the amenities we needed. The check out was so easy as well. If we go back to phoenix we will most certainly try and stay there again. Thanks for saving us from our previous air bnb!

Jeremy was a great host. He allowed to check in early when we arrived to the city earlier than expected. The townhouse was very modern and clean. Would highly recommend staying at this location. Will be back for sure. Side note. The massage place on the corner is amazing.

This was a great location. They supplied board games and there is outdoor seating with a BBQ. It is right across from the community pool.

We loved the mid century vibe. Townhouse was on point and so comfortable! Highly recommend booking a stay-cation at the hotel Valley Ho pool. Dinner there, too, at ZuZu was amazing. So close to Old Town. Farmers’ Market was amazing and so close. Easy area to walk or Uber from. Had a great time!
