Waterfront holiday rentals in Marigot Bay

JJ's Paradise was one of our favorite locations we stayed at during our 1 month long holiday in St Lucia. Marigot Bay is not a place you stay for doing a lot of hiking; it is a great place to stay for relaxation and wonderful, lush setting. Our room was beautiful and came with two king-size beds - we really liked that one was firm and one was plush so we picked the plush one. The resort is really nice with a pool area that we spent a lot of time at. Mangrove restaurant onsite and on the water was actually the best restaurant of all the places we ate in Marigot Bay. The other stand out item was the free breakfast that came with our room every morning- it was really good and very filling!! Also, the staff, including JJ himself, Tricia, Roger our ferry driver (the ferry is also free) and Kerry who brought us to our next accommodation are all amazingly friendly and made us feel like we were part of the family. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay was fantastic! Quiet and beautiful location, close to town for food and drinks but far enough away that it was peaceful. We ordered some groceries ahead of time and were also able to book a fishing charter and massages in the villa. The pool was a great amenity in the Saint Lucia heat! The Sam and the onsite team were so welcoming, friendly and responsive!

Lovely stay at Dylan’s place. It’s a steep climb up but worth it for the beautiful surroundings with stunning views over Laborie Bay. We arrived on Good Friday and Dylan’s had thoughtfully messaged most places were shut and had bought us some provisions and local Piton beer. Dylan greeted us and was attentive throughout our stay. Showing us the routes to town. Short walk into town and the lovely beach where everyone was so friendly. Found the only place open Mama Tilly’s a delicious bbq place. Sadly we only stayed a night on a stopover to Anguilla but highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Nadia’s place is very good for people who like privacy and also want to stay close to the shopping malls and restaurants. This place is 2-3 min walk from Reduit each and a 10 min walk from the main Rodney Bay mall and Massey supermarkets. We enjoyed the pool some nice mangoes on the property. The approach road to the property needs roadwork and we need to be careful when it is dark. On the whole, we loved this property and would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway.

Had a fantastic 7 night stay at the Harbour View Penthouse. Wilbertha was friendly and helpful in our all communications with her both before and after our stay. She accommodated our late check in which was greatly appreciated and provided a great overview of the apartment and Rodney Bay. The apartment itself was fantastic it had everything we needed and was a great place to relax at the end of the day. The bars and restaurants of Rodney Bay are right on your doorstep. Would 100% stay again and would recommend to anyone

We had a great family vacation in Marigot Bay. The location was incredibly relaxing and in total synch with the surrounding environment. The apartment was perfect - spacious, private, and well equipped. We made use of the gym and pool at the Zoetry daily, while also taking excursions to the north and south of the island. It was overall a great week.

Great stay here. Very easy check in & they arranged for a pickup at the airport & back to the airport- that was a great help! Nylar was very helpful & just across the street. The apartment is a nice size, as described in the listing. Note there is no air in the kitchen , living room & bathroom but there is in the bedrooms so that was nice (this is noted in the description online). There are ceiling fans in all areas & you get a nice breeze. Right on the water- there is a nice beach area (make sure you bring your own beach/pool towels). The attached patio was nice to sit out on and enjoy the view. The pool up on the rooftop is perfect to dip in & cool off and you can dip in & look at the sea at the same time. There are several restaurants in walking distance & stores to get water/drinks &snacks. They take USD however it is preferred to bring local dollars- most do not take CC and the banks do not accept any torn or badly wrinkled USD.

Great location for walk to the Reduit Beach and Maries Fish Shack. The spacious balcony meant we had all our meals there and could enjoy the fabulous birds of the island. The air con was a saviour in the evening on returning from the beach. Tricia organised a taxi to and from the airport for us so it was very convenient.

Beautiful home, secure and peaceful residence. The bathrooms are very large. There are NO faults. It's a rare nugget in SteLucie. Kimberly is a very friendly host, always ready to help, very accommodating! I hope to stay with her again soon.

Highly recommend staying at Nya's while in Soufriere. The location is perfect. Walk in to town, nearby restaurants, and the beach. My friends and I enjoyed our trip and this beautiful cottage.

Charlotte’s place at Rodney bay was wonderful. The views over the marina and harbour were stunning. The property was clean, and well presented with plenty of towels and bits that just made the stay easy. It’s also only a few mins walk from the beach and the town so ideal location. Would 100% go again

Candy was an amazing host from the first communication! Meeting her in person was even better as she is so warm, informative, helpful, and just a great human being! We could not ask for better! The house...just beautiful inside and out with amazing warm touches throughout to make you feel so welcome and just sink into the space. The view...it was beyond words, and far better than the pictures (which were also amazing!). The price compared to the surrounding homes was just an absolute steal! We have stayed at other 4-5 star resorts, and they have "partial" ocean views...this is a full 180 ocean view, unobstructed, and as far as the eye can see! Totally privacy as well with the large pool and view of the beach and ocean. At night, spectacular view again of St. Lucia and Martinique. This was our first time in St. Lucia, but we will come again and again! Time stood still while there, felt like a true vacation and break from the norm! The highest rating given and more for this experience

Maggie's place is truly wonderful. The views of the ocean are incredible and access to a basically private beach is unbeatable. Since you are on the Atlantic side of the island, there is some risk of seaweed buildup on the beach but there are still parts of the beach to lay on. There was some bad planning on the hosts part for some construction happening right beside the house which disrupted on of our days, however when we mentioned this, they rescheduled the construction to a later day when we left. This was much appreciated and a sign of a great host. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend some time away from the tourists on the West side of the island and relax in a home with a nice ocean breeze and some nice wavy waters.

Sherman & Kishmer are wonderful hosts, and made us feel very welcomed. They readily provided lots of suggestions for outings/restaurants etc., and Sherman was available to taxi us to the attractions located out of town, as well as pick-up and drop-off for the Airport, which made for a seamless trip. River Breeze Villa has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Soufriere (a safe and friendly destination) and is ideally situated to visit the local attractions, enjoy the beach vibe and interact with the locals. Having the beach, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance was a treat for us. The front porch is a great area to relax ,along with all the hubbub of daily life: cheery beeps, dogs, chickens and roosters, singing and conversations all melding into the sound of Caribbean life. Sherman & Kishmer's hospitality is top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was easy to feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Villa Pineapple was truly exceptional. Jasmine was a gracious, professional, and attentive host. The villa is beautifully maintained with a spacious open-concept kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and elegant decor throughout. After exploring all of Rodney Bay on foot, it was clear this property stands out in every important way. The private dock facing the marina is a rare and peaceful highlight—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Though centrally located, the villa feels completely private and serene, with a fenced-in layout that offers security and seclusion. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, from the layout to the amenities, and the fast, reliable internet was a plus. We had an entirely positive experience and are already looking forward to returning. Thank you, Jasmine, for a truly memorable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this waterfront condo. Enjoying the view of the harbour while we sat out on our patio for meals was awesome! The beds both in the king room and twin room were very comfortable. Being just a 7 minute walk to the fabulous Reduit Beach was a highlight for me as I am an avid swimmer and the beach was perfect for my morning swims. As we prepared most of our own meals, the kitchen was fairly well stocked and the supermarket just a 10-15 minute walk away. Dominic's recommended driver Andre was fantastic ...very reliable for pickups at the airport and shuttles to the ferry terminal for our trip to Martinique. Thank-you to Dominic and caretaker Philippa.

A wonderful stay at Véronique's Exceptional location (quiet but close to everything in Castries, magnificent sea view) Beautiful decor, great amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.) Véronique is very responsive and does not hesitate to give you good advice to fully enjoy your stay.

Berenice was adorable with me, I had trouble finding the address and she didn't hesitate to leave her home very late to pick me up. Thanks again for everything, Berenice! You can stay at Berenice's without so much as a second thought. She will be a real mother to you.

Verlindas place was remarkable, the view was amazing. The house is even more beautiful in person. It’s easy to find and close to lots of great spots. The host was very responsive and communicated well. I will definitely recommend and will book again.

Casa Vista was the perfect house for our vacation. Verlinda and Ernie were wonderful hosts that worked hard at ensuring our trip was complete with everything that we needed. The beautiful deck had a wonderful view of Marigot bay and all of its daily activities. It was beyond our expectations. Thank-you to our fantastic hosts for making our experience wonderful.

We really enjoyed Matt's place. It was nice and close to the beach, and walking distance to groceries and other shopping. The people in the complex are extremely friendly.

Super Cute Cozy apartment! Close to everything you need! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an easy relaxed accommodation.

A lovely home overlooking gorgeous Marigot Bay. The location is wonderful - we drove down to Marigot Bay every few days for a meal and/or some snorkeling right in the bay. The views are beautiful, and we loved the pool for a quick dip or to cool off after a long day trip. This was probably one of the cleanest, neatest homes we’ve stayed in. The kitchen is very well-equipped and we found we had everything we needed for our stay. Verlinda was the perfect host.

in a nutshell this place is in a prime location. The price of the stay was reasonable. Everything is in walking distance. The apartment is spacious. Yes the music is loud but that is clear in the heading.
