We had a lovely stay at the apartment which catered for our every needs. Its location is superb, being only a short walk from the beach where we were able to take the small recliner chairs which was a huge plus. We were also delighted that there is a water filter installed which again is a huge bonus from a cost point of view as well as not having to buy water in plastic bottles. Overall, we had a great one month's stay. Anton made us very welcome and helped us regarding advice on car hire and booking our airport transport.

What an amazing place. The photos looked good but the reality is so much better. With some lovely little touches that really made me feel at home and more. Astrid couldn't have been more helpful. Even down to the last day when I was ill and Astrid offered a place for me to stay if I couldn't travel - fortunately, I could travel but it was reassuring to know that there was an option if needed. Amazing and I can't recommend highly enough.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Beautiful house with beautiful details in the design. Kitchen very complete in terms of appliances and crockery. Fantastic pool with a great view. In the evening with the lighting really a picture! Communication with Wim goes smoothly and you immediately feel welcome. Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the bays, and restaurants. (You will also get tips for that from Wim) We will definitely be back! This house is really recommended!

Great beach beach, close to beach Erika was very helpful and accommodating. The house convinces with the location, the design, several great terraces and the comfort. Glad to come back!

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Wonderful stay in Oliva Nova.A newly renovated house, beautiful and very comfortable, with ducted air conditioning in all rooms. The great outdoor area with a porch , garden and pool which we have fully enjoyed. Very close to the beach and an express carrefour. Very quiet area with little atmosphere but we didn't mind. Worse , the amount of mosquitoes in the area, but based on repellente we have coped it well. . Always helpful and friendly hosts. In short, a super recommended place, to repeat 👌

The stay at Casa Dora de Jávea was great. We loved enjoying the pool and relaxing on the terracita. the communication with Barbara as a host was very fluid and she was attentive to us at all times, we had a problem with the hot water that came to be fixed immediately and allowed us to have a more flexible departure time. As the only point to improve, we suggest the renovation of the sofa bed which is quite uncomfortable. The final feeling is that we really enjoyed our trip thanks to having spent much of our time in Casa Dora, we would repeat without hesitation!

Our stay in Javea has been incredible, mainly thanks to Inma, from the first moment he recommended places to visit, how to get to them and the best tricks about the area. A spectacular host. The apartment is just like the photos you share and has all the services you describe. Definitely if we have the opportunity to return we will choose it again. Cleaning 10/10.

Excellent place to stay in Benidorm, right on the beach with a nice small grocery shop underneath - perfect location, immacuately clean modern property with everything you need in it, with AC and great black out blinds, lovely host who is very welcoming and friendly, could not recommend high enough, fantastic.

Our stay at Sebastian's went very well. The accommodation is functional and modern, located in a quiet and family-friendly area (close to a national) Very close pools, convenient with children, and beach 10 minutes away by car. Very nice welcome from Sebastian who was very friendly.

A clean, spacious apartment, well-equipped, in an enclosed housing estate. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, great for long walks. A great base for nearby attractions. Great communication with your host. Highly recommend.
