Very very clean apartment, spacious, linen available, very well equipped. The apartment is well located near the city center. Quiet and peaceful environment , no disturbance. Effective communication. I would highly recommend this listing We will come back without hesitation!

We had a great time in Cavo! The beach was close by and there’re a lot of restaurants around. Very walkable little village. No need for a car if you stay there.

We stayed in Luca's apartment for a week in August 2023. Luca was immediately available by providing us with plenty of information about restaurants, places, and beaches to visit. Available and very reliable also for check-in, we arrived early in the morning at Ghiaie and as soon as it was available the apartment gave it to us (before the agreed time). The apartment enjoys a wonderful view but above all an excellent position to visit all the beaches of the coast from Ghiaie to Sottobomba, with a few minutes walk. We are really satisfied with our choice and if we ever get back to Elba we will know who to turn to. Happy hosting! Chiara

We stayed 9 days in Sabrinas wonderful apartment and felt like home. Everything was like in the description. It is very close to the restaurants, the harbour and the cultural life of Porto Azzurro. Like mentioned in the other comments it may take a 10min walk to find a parking space for free (like in most big cities) or some luck. :-) Sabrina and Tiziana are very kind persons, who made our stay very relaxed. Since this was our first stay on Elba, we would appreciate coming back here again. *clear recommondation*

Super accommodation directly at the Tallinucci campsite, behind the small shop. Since we wanted to meet friends who were at the campsite with the VW bus, that was perfect for us. The children (3.5 years) could independently move from the VW bus to the apartment and vice versa. The parking lot is right in front of the apartment and the entrance and exit was also possible during noon and afternoon access to the campsite was closed. Unfortunately, our stay was far too short because we had to leave early. Francoise was very friendly and accommodating in particular regarding our early departure. The response times were very short and she was quickly on site. We'd be happy to come back another time.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location right on the water. Since the apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is no car traffic. You don't get anything from the bar next to the apartment. (Noise or the like) We had a great time.

The apartment is very well located, easy to find, the beautiful sandy beach is accessible via a tiled staircase, the beach is also well suited for children. There are many restaurants within walking distance, or by car 7 minutes to Capoliveri. The apartment has a huge window with beautiful panoramic views of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Everything is very clean and everything works tiptop (air conditioning, gas stove, fridge, freezer, TV, WiFi). The garden is very nice, with beautiful flowers/plants, a table to eat outside and sun loungers, all overlooking the sea & the sunset. Marianna is very nice, always responds immediately and has responded very flexibly to our delay.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

Superbly equipped villa with terrace and great sea views, as well as direct access via stairs to the sea. We felt very comfortable and immediately at home. Paola and Giulio are warm and knowledgeable hosts! They speak German, English and French , are always available, humorous and charming. Simone, her son will provide the right place on the clean beach. See you soon!

We had a fantastic stay for our multi-generational holiday on Elba! This home is perfect for you have smaller children-with three separate bunk bed rooms. The separate guest studio was a perfect private space for one couple. Amazing outdoor space for hanging out and dining!! The view is phenomenal

Villa Tina in Capoliveri exceeded our expectations. Well-maintained house, good and tasteful furnishings, a small paradise. We enjoyed it very much and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

We stayed at Federica's house for a week in mid-October. Everything worked out great. Nice hostess, very helpful. Amazing location right on the beach priceless. We could swim in the sea at 22 degrees. Supermarket nearby, restaurants, pharmacy - all within walking distance.

We can wholeheartedly recommend this place because we had a great time and felt at home. The hosts greeted us personally and were always available by mobile phone. Individual requests such as intermediate cleaning were addressed directly. The decor corresponds to the pictures. The furniture is new, the beds comfortable and the kitchen visually beautifully designed. We also loved the balcony, extra laundry room, smart TV, fast internet and AC/heater. Only suggestions for improvement: For longer stays, more tea towels, potholders, pads for the outdoor furniture and sofa pillows would be nice. Follonica is a cute resort town - great for long beach walks in October and to discover well-known nearby places like Volterra/Pisa. Unfortunately, Follonica itself seems a little extinct at that time, as some restaurants and bars are already completely closed. Thanks to Dario & Debora! :-)

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

Upon arrival Sandra was welcoming. The apartment is well located and very clean. We've never had apartments so clean. The bedding is of very good quality. The kitchen is well equipped. Sandra gave us great advice for restaurants and tours. We highly recommend this listing.

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic:the beach(even the free one)is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the long sea(Via Italia). Excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion found (but I would like to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Fridays/Saturdays, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for noisy guys and sparkling mopeds, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that buzzes voices and noises, but fortunately Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a little old, certainly not at the height of the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

Very clean and fresh, nice smell. Good kitchen appliances. Close to stores and restaurants. Easy check in and Daniele answered fast and was very helpful.

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.
