Catharina's place was a great base for us to explore tuscany. Very clean and tidy and was great to have those extras like tea and coffee, water in the fridge and a washing machine. The best part was having her lovely host Francesca communicate with us and meet us at the place to let us in- a lovely personal touch to our stay.

Very well maintained house, you can see that it has recently been renovated in every detail. Large spaces and also well furnished. The house is in a quiet area and close to everything you need. We had a very good time, Sabrina was always present for every minimum request, even in her advice on what to do and where to eat. Very fast check-in and check-out, no problem. I can only recommend!

We stayed in this apartment with our teenage daughters and our animals. The place is very clean and comfortable in a quiet area with a personal parking space. Easy to reach. It has everything you need to stay and we also found coffee, necessary for breakfast from the first days, oil, salt and everything you need. Alessandro told us to arrive before the scheduled check-in time and we were greeted by his father, a very friendly and helpful person. We visited a part of Tuscany always beautiful and, thanks to the good weather, it was wonderful days. Definitely to come back and recommend. Thank you Alessandro for everything.

Stayed at a lovely Airbnb in Pisa, close to the airport, the city’s just a short steer. Spotless and cozy, with a host who’s so communicative and welcoming. For the price and location, it’s truly a dream!

Very nice place. We may have underestimated the isolation of the site, increased by the poor condition of the roads. This significantly increased travel times. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and with the pool and sun it must be magical , a haven of peace after a day of sightseeing! Don't hesitate to contact the managers, they are very responsive. We had a heating issue without daring to report it... pbl settled the day before we left. A destination to recommend to nature lovers without teenagers... no WiFi in the property.

A breathtaking stay & an accommodating host!

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Lovely tuscan farmhouse. We had the top flat and felt very cosy. The pool is lovely, Henrik and Silvia are great hosts.

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Great stay at Serenas apartment, very clean and peaceful. Great location and very central. Strong WiFi and Serena and Marco are great hosts, very responsive and flexible. Will definitely try to stay again if I’m back in Livorno.

A beautiful big house. It has a seperate living room you cqn relax and toys and books for children. It's really quiet and nice! Mr. Ranieri was very attentive and informative! I highly recommend the house 😊 (If you have heavy staff keep in mind that it has some stairs)

House in the middle of greenery but not isolated, well organized, clean and comfortable rooms, practical garden for our dogs, and pool that we will return to try... The very nice and helpful hostess Sandrino made our weekend very relaxing... Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy.

Very nice apartment, well cared for, clean .andra also offers breakfast products. Also under the house it is very easy to park your car.

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

We loved our stay there, will come back anytime

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Elettra was wonderful and the apartment was beautiful. The one we booked had damage so she provided an upgrade for free. It was the offseason in San Vincenzo but Elettra bent over backwards to help us find things to do and places to eat. She even offered to drive us from the train stop and to dinner. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The apartment was clean and beautiful and walking distance to everything in town.

Comfortable apartment, aesthetically, very nice and well optimized. It has everything you need for the kitchen and cleaning! Wonderful bathroom with shower!! The directions left were clear and we had no problem finding the place!! The owner is very kind and very helpful! If we ever return to Livorno we will definitely return to this apartment again!!!
