This new house is the most quiet place 10mn from the sea and 5 from the village! The amazing view over the moutains, the village and the sea! You will love it! 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower room, a beatiful kitchen with large terrasse, a cozy living room and a small office room. There is also a large terrasse 360 derees on top of the house with a fantastic view. The pool is 15 meter, down the house in the middle of the olive trees. Pool is shared with another house for 4 people.

Typical "old" house with lamie roof, naturally fresh in Summer. Perfect for 4 persons, family and / or friend group. The location in one of last real fischerme village in Apulia, close to very popular and esclusive Golf place @ Masseria San Domenico and Masseria Coccaro. The city is a small resort town in the province provincial Brindisi. It offers crystal clear sea, rocky shores and sandy beaches, clear, calm and quiet atmosphere and an incredible wealth of almond and olive groves.

Luxurious villa with garden + pool. Safe for kids.

This is a wonderful place all year round. The pool, fence-protected, is open from April through October. The central garden and pool area are shared with the other house on the plot (a traditional Trullo house which sleeps 4. Garden, pool and pool area are very generously sized, in order to offer enough space to each party, in case both houses are occupied. We are confident we can recommend this property to anyone, including families with small children.
