Oussama is a top host. very friendly and helpful. House is very spacious and clean and equipped with all the comforts. Location of the house is perfect, everything is nearby: beach is within 10 minutes walking distance and in addition various shops and restaurants nearby. All in all, a top house with a perfect location. I will definitely come back here.

The accommodation was spotless, perfectly clean, well maintained and ideally located, which made our stay enjoyable. Fatima Zahra was very kind and warm, she was always available to meet our needs. A perfect experience I highly recommend!

Beautifully situated on the beach with amazing views. Managed a couple of dips/swims in January! Tétouan a lovely place to visit nearby with a big Carrefour. Lovely walk on the pine peninsular. Very chic en-suite bedrooms.

Location location location! You can’t find a closer place to the beach than this one. The place is very spacious with many rooms and Mohammed is super friendly host who made sure we had an amazing stay. We had to book more nights because this place just kept calling our names to stay.

The apartment has a nice view of the sea and Marina Smir, the location is quiet, I also appreciate the good welcome from Mr Adil and Inas.

The apartment is conveniently located everything is within walking distance (7 min from beach and boulevard ) underground parking is a plus. The pool was very clean the staff very nice. Tarek's place was superb, spotless and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very well maintained and very clean. The bedding is really great as well as the towels. Everything was impeccable. Abdellah the reception manager is very responsive , very kind and very professional. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have put them.

We had a great time in this well-located, very quiet, impeccably clean, spacious and well-equipped accommodation. The large terrace with sea views and pool is simply sublime. Constantly supervised pools allow children to swim safely. Our host Mohammed was very kind, welcoming, eager to make sure our stay went smoothly.

We had a great time. The apartment is located in a peaceful residence and very close to the sea. The interior is exactly as described: beautifully decorated and very well equipped. A thought for the adorable and kind Mrs. Hafida, who was really attentive. I highly recommend it and will be back.
