Welcoming space...spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed and tastefully decorated. Finishing touches made it feel like home..fluffy towels, comfortable bed and snacks/bottled water. Chad's communication was friendly and prompt. (Loved your walk through video ahead of our arrival.) The location perfect...quiet but near multiple restaurants and shopping. When visiting Ocala this is our number one place to stay and highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay in Ocala! Very walkable location and a great interior space. Host communicated quickly and was very helpful. You are in a city and apartment type space, so you do hear others coming and going—if you are sensitive to sounds at night.

Steve was one of the best hosts we’ve encountered in our many Airbnb stays! Since we arrived at night, he waited outside with a spotlight to help us find the entrance. He was friendly and helpful, and super responsive. The apartment is beautiful, clean and modern, but also warm and cozy. We loved sitting on the front porch at night, using the grill and fire pit. We will definitely be back!

Great find for this side of Ocala, so close to mom and dad and I will be suggesting it for next time friends and family want to come visit us!

Perfect location from 1-75, local horse farms and back roads to SR200. Clean place. Even thou Sherri was there you never heard her, very peaceful, a good night sleep.

We had a great stay! The apartment is cozy and looks just like the photos. It’s nestled in the trees and you have a view of a lake from the living room and bedroom. It feels like a little getaway, yet it’s waking distance from the Ocala downtown square. The place is clean and we appreciated the various teas and coffee. Joyce is a great, responsive host. We’ll be back!

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful home

Ronald is a great host. His home had everything we needed & then some. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space with a TV was very nice. I will stay again, if it is available when I return next year. Thank you!

Exactly as advertised. Convenient location to get to the river. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart to bring the kayaks to the river park. Overall comfortable and convenient.

This is our 3rd. time staying at one of Andrew's places. Each one has its own character. This one very modern and spacious. Wonderful patio and outside spaces. The oak trees are Grand!! Loved the quiet street and also enjoyed the ranch style community. Can not wait for our next trip to either stay here or at one of Andew's other "gems". Great place close to everything! Great location but private enough. Super comfortable house with wonderful grounds. Enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay here! The space was perfect for what we needed. My only gripe is that the thermostat was set to 80 degrees. After a long day of traveling it would have been nice to walk into some AC and it took awhile to get down to a comfortable temperature. Other than that it was perfect!

Nice clean facility. Very close to many activities. Nice and quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would stay there again.

This was my first time staying in an AirBnB, and it was absolutely fantastic! the host was very kind and responsive, the place was clean and very comfortable to stay in. I would definitely recommend this place, and I plan to stay here again next time I visit Florida.

Have been coming to River end since 1988 and C122 was my favorite spot we have stayed at. The view and amenities are amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a two bedroom condo.
