Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Marion

Jon and Ashlee's place was perfect for our visit with family in Newcastle. It was the third time we have stayed at an air bnb in Newcastle, and by far the best for the two of us!

The private parking was fantastic and Samantha gave great instructions on how to get there.

We stayed for one night. The house was spotless and it was nice having a garage to park our car in. The place was easy to get to and in a peaceful neighborhood, but close to all of the downtown things to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Marc is a terrific host! He provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and we immediately felt at home. The house is located within walking distance to many amazing restaurants - we never had a bad meal! Everything was exactly as described, and the accommodations were perfect for our trip to Fort Wayne. Additionally, Marc went above and beyond to help us out. His response time to questions is phenomenally quick. Can't wait to return to Fort Wayne and will definitely book with Marc again!

Dr. Eric's place was great! When we arrived, he had clear instructions on how to retrieve the key and check in. The place was clean too. He provides great additional amenities: Snacks, waters, oatmeal, soup, extra blankets and more. I really appreciated the comfort the place provided for the weekend. It is in a great location too. Downtown is nearby so you can walk or drive to delicious restaurants or grocery stores. The canal and walkway is right next to the building. We were able to access it, and our son loved the nearby playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was great. I had a couple of questions and they got back to me immediately. I highly recommend this one .

This home is walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants located in the Broad Ripple area. We did not have to drive to dinner and enjoyed being able to walk and get coffee and breakfast in the morning. We were able to easily get downtown by car in about 20 minutes. It was very easy to navigate getting back and forth. Parking options for the stay were easy to navigate and secure. The house was very spacious and clean. Exactly as listed. For our group of 4 adults this was more than enough space.

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. Stephanie is a great host and the house was perfectly welcoming. It was easy to find, easy to get inside, it was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at the house and the furniture and bedding were very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated having a private fenced in backyard. The location is safe and walkable and also close to just about everywhere we needed to go in Fort Wayne. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a convention in downtown so our drive was 55 minutes away but honestly, it was so nice and we loved the place so in the end...it was worth the drive. Cutest place and it was very spacious and roomie. Had all the little things that you sometime get stuck buying (like detergent, dish soap, etc) so it was really nice. Me and my daughter had a good time there and enjoyed the warmly decorated place. I'd stay there again if in the area.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Excellent as always. Just like being at home.

This was a perfect place to visit my son, a student at Ball State, for the weekend. It was cozy and the proximity to him was great. Will definitely book again during his time there. I loved the coffee and snacks!

We stayed in the house over Christmas while visiting family and found it to be comfortable and convenient. The bedrooms each have a bath and are quiet. The kitchen is well stocked. It is possible to cook a meal. The neighborhood is desirable and full of restaurants and shops. Four adults and a non- walking baby fit nicely.

I was Anderson for the week working locally. This space was perfect for me. It’s an older home that has been thoughtfully renovated into multiple apartments for short term rental. The house was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Roku TV and internet were great perks. Thank you!

Beautiful home! Perfect for the two of us here for work for the week. So cozy, clean, had everything you needed plus a bunch of sweet and homey touches!

This may be a one bedroom Airbnb, but it's also an art piece but together by someone who also understands interior design. The wall murals, the furniture which fit the space perfectly and artfully were lovely. My 17-year old daughter loved the vintage video game and record player with record collection. Although "right in the center of things" (downtown Indy), it was quiet. Although temperatures were frigid when we were there, it did not stop us from walking "Mass Ave," as they call it. A great selection of outstanding local restaurants are no further than the "end of the block" or a "stones throw" from the apartment. Food choices are outstanding. One of our favorites was a funky tapas place a ways up Mass Ave, named Almost Famous. I should mention, the metered parking directly in front of the apartment was far less cost than say a parking garage, to our surprise. We literally paid 65-cents for half a day once. And it was no charge on Monday. Download the app and save.

Great location, unit was nice, Leslie and Rachel were responsive. Free parking was great. While up front about noise from bar, be aware that you can hear people talking all throughout day - paper thin walls in a sense. Jazz bar is awesome and directly across from unit. Maintenance never responded for slow drain sink or filters that needed replacement as discussed but not their fault. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Rod was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. He accommodated my less than ideal schedule with crazy check in and out times. Also the space was prestine! it had a warm and cozy feel for a loft and everything you could need. highly recommended and I will use his space every time I am in the area!
