Small kitchenette with hot-plate, micro-oven, fridge, mini-dishwasher, cutlery and utensils, essential spices, tea and coffee (Nespresso) making equipment. BEDROOM with king-bed. Baby cot available upon request. All bed linen and towels and are included. BATHROOM with toilet, handbasin, showercabin with handheld and rain head, sprinklers, steam generator, footmassage, bathtub with massage jets. One acre of private land with jetty and a beach on the lake shore Guests have free access to the gardens, trampoline and swing for children, jetty and natural beach on the side of the lake, many walking paths in the woods less than 100m away. Children can play in large garden with trampoline, a giant swing, a playhouse, climbing areas, bicycles, choice of indoor and outdoor games. Free use of: trampoline, swings, bathing from sand beach, chillbeans. Optionals (extra cost): sauna, jacuzzi, boat with electric engine, fishing equipment and permit, kayaks, bicycles, ping pong table. Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be served in the cottage at the time of your choice. "The room is situated between a lake (25m) and the woods (100m), which lends itself to walking/jogging, road or mountain biking, swimming, fishing, picking berries (Jul-Aug) or mushrooms (Aug-Sep). You may occasionally encounter deer or moose. In the vicinity: trekking in the woods, golf, horse riding, cycling, shooting range, skating rink.

Lake cottage. Well equipped for two people

Cottage on beach property with secluded location in deciduous forest landscape. Perfect for morning swims and sauna baths, boat and canoe trips. Good fishing with fishing rights and in the autumn mushrooms and berries. Barbecue, life jackets, canoe and boat available. The south location provides many hours of sun both morning and evening. With 15 minutes drive to Landvetter airport and to shopping center as well as 25 minutes to Gothenburg. Beautiful walking paths and a lake system of 1.5 miles containing two uninhabited islands.

Relax with the family in this family-friendly home. A cozy and modern cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms and an extra living room upstairs, much appreciated by the kids. The ground floor has a large kitchen and dining area as well as a TV corner with fireplace. On the large terrace and own plot you can relax and enjoy life. The house is located in a nice holiday area with access to bathing area and many promedad roads in nature. In the lakes you can fish and in the forest you will find both mushrooms and berries.

Kök och egen uteplats. trädgård och nära till bad, skog. Vandringsleder utanför i skogen och 40 min in till Göteborg. Elbil laddstation .

Rural location by nice swimming lake with fishing opportunities

Nice house by the lake Lygnern. Peaceful and close to nature. Two bedrooms, one with a single bed (140cm), the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed (140cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed (150 cm), i.e. 6-8 sleeping places upstairs. In the lower level there are two 90 cm beds and two folding beds, i.e. 4 extra sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, freeze. Extra freezer. Bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating. Extra WC. Sauna.

Rural setting and with the lake & nature on your doorstep. 20 mins from Landvetter airport and 30 mins from Göteborg/Borås/Kungsbacka. Cozy guest house with one main bedroom and a loft. This is the place for the outdoorsy type -beautiful and peaceful surroundings for walks, biking kayaking and swimming. Private beach & jetty, no neighbors (except for me and my family ;) near by. Boat, Kayaks, SUP, woodburning sauna- and hot tub available. This is the place to relax and rewind!

Welcome to Svanshult, a scenic and rural cottage within relatively close distance to Gothenburg. A newly-built cottage with most amenities imaginable. There is a double bed and a sofa bed and the possibility of an extra bed. Patio with access to a charcoal grill and also a jacuzzi available for an additional fee. A view to die for (Évika 5)

We had a spot on our land with a view to die for, but too small for raising a house. The solution is this camper with its luxurious amenities and fully serviced: connection to the electric grid, unlimited water, gas, bedwear, cleaning upon departure. It can comfortably fit two adults and two children, with one permanent double bed and one that can be made up in the dining aread at the other end of the camper. Available only between June and September.
