Holiday rentals with beach access in Marlborough District

Location, Location, Location. Loved being so close to the park and beach as well as several bars and restaurants. The Bach was beautifully styled and so well equipped in the kitchen and laundry -very comfortable for our 4 night stay. Only thing lacking is clothes storage. No drawer units and only one wardrobe with 3 coat hangers. Loved the area and ease of getting into Nelson. Make sure you visit Pics Peanut Butter factory tour.

I would highly recommend staying with Joanne and David. Lovely people who greeted me when I arrived. Very modern well appointed apartment with plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal. I look forward to staying with them again.

Our stay at Neville and Debby's place was perfect. The place was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable and the grounds which included flowers, garden, estuary and beach are magical. Neville had excellent suggestions for activities, hikes, walks, food, etc. The continental breakfast with home-roasted coffee and home-made jams was yummy. The layout seemed a little odd at first, with the king bed in the living room, off to the side, but it worked very well once the three of us got settled in. We would absolutely stay at Neville and Debby's place again if we are lucky enough to return.

Matt’s place was great for our visit to Abel Tasman National Park, and convenient location from the airport and to restaurants. Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and comfortable beds. Matt & Jocelyn were very responsive and great hosts!

What an outstanding apartment! Right on the main drag but so quiet and private. Stunning views, comfortable beds, super clean and Kirsty was right on the end of the phone when we needed her. I have stayed in lots of places in Picton and this is by far the best.

April and Ian are delightful hosts. Easy to work with and very resourceful. They made me and my local family members feel welcomed. The place is fabulous, well stocked with all the amenities to make a long-term stay feel a bit like home. The place was clean and airy. The furniture well made and the beds comfortable. Great hosts, great place and great location. Would do it again!

Great house! Plenty of space and you really can't beat the location. The serenity and privacy of Monaco Peninsula and a short drive to Nelson City, the beach, Rabbit Island. Plenty to do! If you're looking to get away from it all, and also have access to plenty of activities and day trips, this is your place.

One of our favorite Airbnbs on this trip. Beautiful house, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, two decks to sit out on and a bountiful garden to pick from! Also right dow.n the road from Abel Tasman and local village, Māpua was a pleasant surprise! Would recommend highly !

We had an incredible stay at Lou’s place while celebrating our friend’s wedding! Lou was an excellent host and the place was clean. The views from the house are incredible and the outside shower is a nice touch as well!

Absolutely one of the best spots we’ve been. The house is very clean and nicely appointed to the best possible view. The host is very helpful and really went out of way by helping us prepare the clean sheets and linen at the last minute, which really made our day easy. Thank you so much Brad for hosting us and offering us the best new year!

This house was the perfect peaceful spot to stay in Kaikoura. The views of the ocean and mountains could not be beat. The home was set back from the road, so even though you’re within walking distance of much of the town, the property feels quiet. We used the coastal walking/biking path that follows the shoreline daily. I was a little concerned about the railroad tracks next to the property, but the trains are infrequent and not bothersome at all. If we ever make it back to Kaikoura, I’d definitely look into this property again!

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! It’s more like staying in a luxury hotel. I’ve rented a lot in NZ and especially in Picton. This by far the best place I’ve ever been in. The 5th floor views are mesmerizing from the kitchen, lounge , balcony and master BR. Comfy sofa with a nice TV. And the beds!! Heavenly. Even my grandkids commented on how well they slept and how much they loved the sheets. We could have spent all day watching the boats and ferries but did get out for some nice shopping and great meals. I highly recommend Oxley’s bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was great. We loved this apartment and would love to stay again! Rochelle was great.

Very tidy, lovely place to stay. Check in was straight forward and easy. Quiet area near good walking/cycling trails.
