Highly recommend this air bnb, communication was great and an easy self check in process with clear instructions. David was very friendly, great to deal with and lives onsite. Place was super clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful spot with the water at the end of the property, short drive into Picton. The property allowed dogs which was great for us. Another 2 air bnbs (3 in total) very close together but didn’t notice any noise which was great. Wouldn’t recommend walking down the neighbours jetty, we were approached by the very rude owner and said we shouldn’t be there even though we said where we were staying. Thanks for the stay!

Beautifully presented. Very responsive and helpful hosts. The noise of the tank pump did make us jump a few times but overall a very peaceful and home like stay.

Rutu’s place was awesome. Big, expansive, comfortable and cool. Well appointed kitchen, everything we needed to cook a meal. Big comfortable couches. The vibe was immaculate. The beds were comfy. Loved staying here.

Rob accepted us very last minute as our ferry from picton was cancelled. The place was great just what we needed for the night. Lots of amenities that we did not have time to use but looked amazing. Rob's comunication was awesome!

I am so happy we added Nelson to our NZ roadtrip itinerary and had the chance to stay at Leah’s place. It was the perfect hub for exploring Abel Tasman and eating our way through the area. The house is stunning and full of character, we felt right at home. If you’re considering booking, just do it!

We loved our 1 week stay for our summer holiday in Moteuka. We loved staying somewhere rural with beautiful views, but a quick 5 min drive to town. Yvette and Ross are such friendly hosts. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We all loved the pond area, warm enough to swim, paddleboard, or sit in our rings and relax in! The house was very clean and well presented. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Appreciated all the included things we could use in the kitchen/bathroom/laundry, makes a big difference not having to buy all of these extras. Wonderful big deck. The bedrooms did get hot at night for sleeping, fans were provided though and there is aircon in the living area. Smaller studio unit underneath the main house can be rented too if traveling with more people. Would highly recommend and would love to return one day. Thank you

A very comfortable home, Megan is a very accomodating Host and will answer any questions you have and ensures you are settled and Happy. We were very impressed and had a relaxing comfortable stay, we even had a Christmas Gift left for us in the Fridge, which we enjoyed. Very Happy and grateful to have stayed, Fabulous Host, A+++

The house was so perfect for 3 ladies. Beautifully decorated! We enjoyed our own rooms and private bathrooms, the lounges and outdoor space. The kitchen was very user friendly and the garden was beautiful. We would highly recommend staying for some many reasons!

A luxury home to stay in. Beautiful inside and outside. The gardens and outdoor dining area are so relaxing and spacious - beautifully kept and maintained. Indoor facilities are 5 star - feels like a show home- so clean and full of modern facilities. A perfect stay. Thankyou.

This was a great peaceful place to stay. It allowed us to spread out and enjoy the rural surrounds. The property exceeded our expectations and Alistair was very responsive. To our questions. The new outdoor baths were a favourite, as were the multiple parts of the deck to enjoy at different times of the day.
