Great stay at Jennifer’s place. Everything as described with very convenient access to Texas A&M for a quick weekend visit.

Have stayed here many times, location is great with many restaurants and amenities nearby. Very safe and quiet location and host is extremely responsive.

Sonia was very professional and friendly. Check in was simple. The duplex was very clean, well-organized and the location was excellent. I would recommend staying at Sonia's duplex.

From the moment we arrived at the Green Door Lofts, we felt at home. We stayed in the Waco Rose loft. It was equipped with everything we needed. Jim even made sure there were extra toothbrushes and toiletries, just in case we forgot something. He met us upon arrival and gave us recommendations for local restaurants, showed us around the property, and pointed out local landmarks. The loft was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen had a water cooler and icemaker, which made the stay even more comfortable. The attached parking garage was also a huge plus! On our next return visit to Waco, we will definitely be staying at the Green Door lofts again!

We were in town just for a night and this was perfect for what we needed. Perfect location, close to everything. Clean and comfortable!

It was really easy to find and checking into the house was easy and quick. Only struggled to figure out the thermostat but other than that blip it was a really pleasant stay. Instructions were clear and simple which was really helpful! Highly recommend it for people on a budget. It’s very clean and affordable.

Loved the place, peaceful. Amazing host, very responsive. Cute dogs… my wife is scared of dogs and they made sure that dogs were kept inside when we were out. Near to all our soccer fields for the tournament.

The place was spotless. The decor was homey and tasteful. he provided everything I could need. Rhe yard was a welcome bonus and was used a lot. Derek was attentive to any questions. the ac at 74 was a little too hot but the extra 6 dollars a day to put it to 70 was worth it. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay. The house is walkable to the town square with lots to see and do. Place was extremely clean and welcoming. It has its own entrance and is very private. Vicky made sure that she was accessible the whole stay. She went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything we needed with many extra thoughtful touches.

The place was very comfortable.The kitchen as well set up. We were able to cook a couple of meals. Matthew was quick to respond to our requests for help. Overall,a very pleasant experience.

Off the main road but an awesome location! Close and easy access to everything. Clean with everything you need! Super nice and very responsive owner. I know where we’ll be staying when we travel that way again.

Mandy’s place was very clean, nicely decorated and wasn’t check in. Definitely would stay again!

The condo was a great location for us, was clean, and well furnished.

Mandy was a fantastic host and had an amazing place. We had a different Airbnb reserved for our stay, but arrived to a very unclean apartment that was obviously someone's semester dorm. At the last minute we found Mandy's cozy apartment and reserved it late in the evening. She was very accommodating and accepted our reservation. Her apartment was immaculate and cozy. Plenty of room for four adults and a toddler and good location to everything. We will be coming back for our next CS trip.

Mandy's place was perfect for our visit to Aggieland! The apartment was much bigger than it looked from the photos. We had pleasant surprises like each bedroom had full walk in closets with shelves. If that was mentioned in the description, I didn't remember. There is a little fenced in courtyard which would have been lovely to have morning coffee but due to the weather we didn't get to use it. Mandy provided perfect and clear check in instructions, which we appreciate since we were delayed flying in and got there later than expected. Check out instructions were super minimal, and that is always appreciated. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. This area is very quiet, and we felt extremely safe. I would definitely recommend it to single female travelers, or moms traveling with children. I will definitely stay again! Thank you

So nice I’ve stayed here twice and I’ll be back again I’m sure. Comfy couch and bed, nice sized smart TV and a reserved parking spot. Easy access and super quiet.
