Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. We gutted it, raised the walls, poured new concrete floors, filled the old west side entryway with concrete & cut a new door on the west side, facing the alpacas.
