Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Marrakesh

The house was new and clean. Chawki was very helpful and responsive. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back again.

This was the best holiday we have ever had. I could write for days about how incredible this Airbnb is. The Riad is stunning. Done to an extremely high standard and maintained to that standard. Couldn’t find fault anywhere. The location is central enough that you can be in the middle of Marrakesh quickly but not central enough that is crazy busy and noisy. The part that made it for us was Rachid and his family who look after the property. They made our trip. Whatever we asked for, they sorted. The most friendly and welcoming people. They organised a few day trips for us, which we would highly recommend and helped us find some things at the Souks. We asked if Rachid knew any places to get a good suitcase and instead of just giving us a list went and got one for us. We all just wanted to say thank you again. This Airbnb and hospitality made our trip from great to the best yet.

Hannah’s riad is extra special. Everything is spotless. The details they have thought of for their guests only demonstrates the utmost respect and gratitude for us. Each and every part is beautiful, organised, clean. Rashida’s breakfast service is so beautiful and delicious. You must also make sure to try her home cooked dinner for one evening. It’s is not only great value for money but delicious and a very unique and special experience. The road has earthy, raw, tones which creates a beautiful mood. The place itself is visually stunning. There is so much to love about it. Just book it, you will not be disappointed. There is also Abdel who greets us when we arrive. He helps with everything! He is like a gift. I cannot believe how much they made us feel welcome. Just book this exceptional place. Enjoy.

Nice and quiet place to relax and unwind. The kids had a great time. The house was equipped with all the comforts. Communication with Sanae was very good. We will definitely be back. Sanae thank you!!!!

We had a great time at this family villa. Everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the amenities, the location… The house is spacious, well maintained and very pleasant to stay in. Only small downside, the temperature of the pool which was a little cool (around 22-23° C), which was a shame. But apart from that, everything was really spotless! We will be back and highly recommend this rental and thank our host for hosting us and for his kindness.

We want to say a huge thankyou to Karine for letting us stay at her Riad. It was stunning. We were 4 golfers coming to Marrakech for the second time and we loved it...again. The Riad was really big and it was designed perfectly and would suit anyone looking to be in the Medina, walkable from the main square, surrounded by the busy streets, but once inside the Riad completely quiet. Fatima and staff were all very helpful, welcoming and always smiling. Breakfast recommended. Massage and Hammam inside the Riad was a real bonus and worth every penny. Dardar Rooftop bar recommended if you like chilled ibiza style vibes (1 min walk). The whole process from booking through to leaving after our break was seamless. Karine obviously knows how to deal with customers very professionally and always in good time. Would we come back to Marrakech for golf...absolutely! Would we come back to Karine's Riad....absolutely 100%.

The stay was amazing ! We recommend it 100%. Amine and the entire team were always available to answer our questions, to suggest activities and great spots where to eat. We will come back for sure !

Very nice place. I was unlucky with the weather. It was very cold and couldn’t use the pool and sunbathing area. Gym there is missing another dumbbell or new onces which are not filled with sand but they have TRX bands and bike I could use for my workout

We had a lovely stay at Othmane's place! A great location with a 15-20 min walk to the center of the Medina and all the action! The coffee shop across the road was a helpful landmark and a few good supermarkets within 10 min walk of the apt. The place was spacious, clean, and tidy, and as described. The pool is definitely a little cold for swimming in the winter as it's a bit chilly, but am sure it would be great for summer! The beds are very hard as mentioned in a few reviews, but definitely sleepable :) We had a wonderful time with our 2 year old exploring the city and would definitely recommend the apt to others! Thank you!

We had a great week at Hakim's apartment and everything went perfectly. An arrival with staff to welcome us, introduce us to the premises (and even a welcome mint tea:). The staff is extremely kind and attentive, the cleaning was done daily and it's really very pleasant. We took advantage of the dinner preparation service and it was a really great meal with very large quantities. For the apartment it is very spacious, very well decorated and perfectly located between the modern area of Gueliz and the medina. And if you're missing something, just ask the staff and you'll get it very quickly. We were able to do all the sights on foot without taking a Taxi. We will recommend it to our loved ones and book it again if we return to Marrakech.

The place was super nice to stay in! 😍 Egle was always available if we had any questions and she is super friendly. The resort is also beautiful, but deserted. We didn't expect this but this didn't spoil the fun. It was a wonderful end to our holiday in Marrakech✨. The place was clean, everything was available what you need in a vacation home and if you love cats this is the perfect place. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by several cats who loved to cuddle. The weather was also with us so we could enjoy the pool for several days! 🩵 Egle, thank you for the beautiful place and your kindness, we will definitely be back!

Me and my family stayed in this accommodation for around 6 days. It was a lovely experience! It was located in the Golf course area, and it was a private residence so the area was quiet. Additionally, the flat was extremely well maintained and clean as well as beautifully decorated (same as the pictures provided). The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Mr Amine was a very helpful and responsive host. Overall, my family and I loved the accommodation and would definitely consider coming back.

Impeccable, I highly recommend the apartment

fantastic apartment. very spacious, lovely layout, we are family of 5, our 3 young kids shared the very large king bed so we didn't need to use the sofa bed. very easy access, lovely swimming pool which is not heated so we managed to go in for a few minutes at a time in February, but you have to be brave. I'm sure by end of March/April it will be perfect. 12-15 min walk to a western style shopping centre with fast food/entertainment. the apartment had everything we needed and more, extremely clean. only 10 mins cab into the centre. the host was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. would definitely stay there again

We had a beautiful stay, the house was spacious and perfect for us. The only thing missing is a table to eat inside, but you only need it in the winter when it's cooler at night as it happened while we were. The area where the accommodation is located in general is very nice but just before arriving at the entrance of the complex there are areas where people live in very sad conditions unfortunately. In any case, with a rental car available we found this accommodation and perfect location for us. We will be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Y located in the Akhdar estate, just 20 minutes from Marrakech. A big thank you to Yann for his fluid and responsive communication before our arrival, which made the organization very simple. A huge thank you also to Myriam for her warm welcome, availability and especially for the exceptional quality of breakfasts and meals. We highly recommend this address for a peaceful and unforgettable stay!

Thank you so much Sabrina for the most amazing stay. The villa is beyond lovely, just sitting in the garden made you feel so relaxed. It is a little far out of Marrakesh (around 35 -40 minutes driving each time) which meant we felt close enough to the bustle of the medina but far enough away to relax in peace and quiet after a busy day. The Villa was kept very well by the house keeper and the gardener and looks just like it does in pictures (if not better) All in all an amazing holiday we will certainly remember. Thank you so much

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. As a family of family with 5 kids we needed somewhere spacious as this place did not disappoint. The pictures do not do the place justice. It was clean and well kept and everything we needed was to hand. Loufia welcomed us personally and gave us clear instructions as well as spa treatments which were available on site. We took full advantage of this and the girls who came to do the treatments were lovely. I personally had a massage and it left me feeling very relaxed. The booking also came with breakfast included was a huge bonus and it was delicious, Loufia as a host was very responsive. She would respond very quickly to any queries or issues we had. The onsite caretaker was also lovely and always available for handy jobs. From start to finish we had a wonderful stay and I cannot find a fault. Thank you very much Loufia.

What to say about this stay… We had an amazing week at this majestic villa! Gigantic property away from noise and view of the Atlas Mountains! The villa is huge and modern. In the garden you will find fruit trees, a very large pool and birdsong to relax in. A very special mention to Hicham and Soumia who welcomed us, made us comfortable and prepared our breakfasts every morning! Not to mention the couscous we ate with vegetables from the garden… by the pool surrounded by orange and lemon trees, the dream! Hicham is available at any time and is never far away when you need him, his house "communicates" with the villa but absolutely does not bother because the separation is well arranged, and Hicham and Soumia know how to be discreet. My family and I recommend ++ + and we thank Hicham and his wife for all the services rendered and valuable tips for shopping! Looking forward to seeing you again

The villa proposed by Nicolas and Jennifer is beautiful, the park that surrounds the house superb and huge . Communication with Jennifer is fluid and very friendly. It is a very high quality rental with a caring staff, whether it is the caretaker or the ladies who do the daily maintenance. We were all extremely delighted to spend seven wonderful nights at Jaouad’s Villa. Jaouad made a special effort to visit us before our departure, which added a lovely personal touch to our experience. Rida, the manager, warmly welcomed us upon our arrival at the villa. During our stay, Lubna and Sara, our Villa maid and chef, were exceptional, preparing delicious breakfasts for us each morning. The villa was cleaned daily, and the maids were remarkably efficient in their duties. When we encountered an issue with the jacuzzi, the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved the problem swiftly. The pool was spacious, impeccably clean, and heated, enhancing our enjoyment. The Villa itself met all our expectations, being both unique and spacious. We would love to return and stay at the villa again in the future. The orange trees were beautiful to have and the location was highly secured with an onsite security guard at all times. The privacy was perfect with high fence and trees.
