The stay for my whole family was perfect. The house is impressive, Rachida treated us charmingly and helped us with everything. In general, we felt at home and we were always perfectly cared for. The location of the house is very close to downtown and you can walk everywhere. And communication with Pierre was very good.

The riad is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts you need. The location in the medina is ideal for exploring the city. The Raid is very nice. Good air-conditioning and host is very helpful. Nice breakfast. Location is accessible. While there is leakage of water due to very heavy rain, everything is just good.

Mohamed was a great host! The house is absolutely stylish and perfect for a group of 5, within walking distance to the Medina- a maze of chaos and vibrancy. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily. I would definitely recommend Mohamed’s apartment to others.

We decided to go on a family trip, and were looking for a private Riad for 9 persons. We found this Riad from Alain, and were amazed! We had a great time, the space is cozy and has real character. We felt home and welcome in this Riad in Marrakesh and can't wait to come back again! The location was central and close to all different sorts of restaurants, shops and facilities like taxi stands. It's also close to Bacha Coffee! We also are very happy with Alain, who gave us all the information we needed before our journey began. Rachida, the lovely lady who was at the Riad who picked us up from the taxi stand and walked with us to the Riad, and made us breakfast every day. She was very kind and we miss her already! We made some really good memories with our family.

Our host, Oufa, was a gracious and lovely part of our stay in this beautiful Riad. She prepared breakfast and one night’s dinner that were highlights of our trip. The home was the perfect base for our family of four to explore Marrakesh and escape to a wonderful retreat.

Very nice hosting by Latifa, very available! Thank you. The Riad is very well located, in an alley in the middle of the medina (very convenient parking at the entrance to the nearby medina). The accommodation is functional and very well kept, the kitchen very well equipped. We would recommend this listing to discover this beautiful city.

A quiet, characterful riad, full of character and perfectly located for the bustling streets and beach. We were looked after extremely well by Hafida, who prepared enormous delicious breakfasts each morning and did some laundry when we asked. Several inviting seating areas, inside and out, meant we had the difficult choice whether to go out or stay in. Sylvain arranged airport transfers and was quick to respond to all queries.

The house is large and suitable for many people to get around, the location is very good. It is very close to the beach old town, the communication is very smooth, the host also prepared snacks. I would like to recommend this place.

Very good stay in Marouane's villa, we were hosted very well by Mostapha, who is very nice, very helpful, very attentive, very professional. The house is very beautiful with a very beautiful garden. It is also very well maintained by the housekeeper Raja. It is located in the private area of Noria Golf which is very secure, there is a restaurant within walking distance about ten minutes away which is the golf restaurant which is very good and offers excellent Japanese cuisine. The place is also very pretty day or night. A 10-minute drive away, there is another restaurant that is a bit of a Moroccan canteen called FriKiss that we also recommend. Afterwards, there are of course many restaurant offers in Marrakech, or in the vicinity of the villa, we also asked Mostapha sometimes, to have breakfast and dinner preparation services which are made by Raja.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amandine's beautiful home. Dar Bahia is tastefully decorated, with plenty of space to seek solitude or hang out together as a family or group. The bedrooms feel like cosy nests and the bathrooms feel luxurious. The kitchen has everything we needed, and the study was appreciated by one of our children with exams coming up soon. I need to give special mention to Chama, who gave us a lovely welcome and popped in midweek to give the house a clean. Amandine gave brilliant recommendations and instructions and was really responsive. The location, in the medina, is perfect, with a bakery at the top of the lane for early morning breakfast treats, a few more minutes walk and you're in the heart of the action with shopping, cafes and restaurants galore. For light sleepers, I would recommend earplugs as the home is close to a mosque and the call to prayer does travel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend - one of the best AirBnB experiences we've had!

Great stay at Riad Dar Eleven. From the beginning of the reservation, Jean Pierre was very responsive and did everything to make our arrival easier (adaptation for a baby with a connection of a driver with a car seat etc.). When we arrived, we were met by Amal who greatly contributed to the success of our stay. Always smiling and thoughtful, she cooked us divine breakfasts and dishes throughout the stay. As for the Riad, it is really beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated and very well maintained. We were 6 adults and 4 children and we all had our privacy while having large common areas including a large outdoor area with heated pool, a delight. We therefore all unanimously recommend this Riad and thank Jean Pierre and Amal for their sense of quality hospitality that we received.

The Riad is super well placed in the medina and remains quiet. Restaurants, tourist places, supermarkets, everything is close and can be done on foot. We were able to leave our luggage before the scheduled time. Alice is very responsive and has answered any questions we may have. Mohamed also welcomed us very warmly. The rooftop pool is great. We had a great time!

Cannot recommend this villa enough!! I came here with a group of friends to celebrate my 30th Birthday and the host and the staff made it such a worthwhile experience. The villa is located in a gated off area amongst other villas so it is nice and secure. The villa is filled with lots to do, there is a ping pong table, bowls lawn and a large heated pool. We even have access to communal tennis courts and they provide everything you need to get a game going. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious and lets lots of natural light in. The host was extremely helpful, helping us navigate a foreign country which we had never been to, providing us with transportation and helping whenever we needed assistance. The cooks were great and made lovely meals, they also cleaned the villa daily and were able to assist with laundry after we came back from Quad biking. I cannot fault the services. The whole experience of this Villa made our holiday and would 100% return.
