This place was great! We were able to walk to a lot of things, and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Alex was very responsive and helpful, and the place was very centrally located. We would definitely stay here again!

Karen's place was clean, functional, and in a great location -- two minutes walk to Audubon Park, a short walk to shops and a grocery store, and an easy stroll to the streetcar on St Charles. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet, so we got great sleep. We stayed for 5 nights while visiting our daughter's family nearby and Karen's place couldn't have been more convenient -- highly recommended!

We had a blast! The location was awesome it’s walkable to so many things, delicious restaurants, shops and bars. The weather was beautiful and I loved the neighborhood! Everyone was friendly. I really appreciated the guest book with all the recommendations for all the different food, we used that the entire time we were there and were never disappointed! It was a peaceful fun trip and would totally stay here again!

This apartment was our home away from home for nearly a week. Funny, we never needed to use the kitchen—or even the coffee maker—because there are just so many great dining options within a 10 minute walk. The area is so lovely and there's so much to do in New Orleans, this is really just where we laid our heads down at night, hydrated, and showered! The laundry access is great, too. We frequently and easily used the local buses and St Charles streetcar to get around town—getting a lot of steps. Local Lyfts are easy too, if you don't feel like waiting for the bus. (If you do decide to bring a car, I think finding street parking would be relatively easy around the residential neighborhood.) We're very grateful to Brian for his super quick responses and great flexibility around check-in/check-out. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

The Mistress was perfect for our recent stay while we visited family! I was really impressed with how well the hosts communicated with me, from check-in instructions to signs posted throughout the place. The weather took an unexpected turn, 11” of snow + low temps, and the hosts let me know what I should do to prepare. I highly recommend this place and these hosts! The Mistress would be the perfect spot to watch Mardi Gras parades.

My friend and I were comfortable and felt very safe at this rental. Beds were comfy, Adam was very responsive, and it served as an excellent home base for our trip. Would recommend and book again!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Blair’s place. We arrived early & communicated with Blair for assistance. She was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring she would let us know when the room was ready & she did! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better! This location is perfect, with easy access to local restaurants, and the streetcar is right out the front door. The little thoughtful touches, like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen with Starbucks coffee and cozy bedding, made it warm & cozy. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Blair’s Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in NOLA. We would definitely stay again.

Wow! My family and I booked Kris's last minute for a wedding. Kris responded so Quickly despite a trip out of town with their family. Ever the gracious host, Kris had amenities delivered before we arrived and made sure everything was in order. Wonderful stay, wonderful hosts!

I can’t say enough kind words about Graham & his co-host. They were super responsive and answer any questions we had quickly. They even went out of their way to look for a missing item from one of our guests after we had checked out. Thank you for a great experience & stay while we were in Nola!

Our stay at Oak Cottage was above and beyond our expectation!! Our kids and I felt right at home the entire stay. Our puppers loved the big fenced in yard! Reading the stories of previous guests was such a treat! If you go to the Oak Cottage just know you have the absolutely best host!! Thank you again Miss Robin!! We will be back!!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, but there are tons of great restaurants on the doorstep. Very walkable to the quarter and CBD and the streetcar is on your doorstep as well. Brad answered all our questions quickly. I was traveling with Brits who love their tea, and there was even an electric kettle in the cupboard in addition to a coffee maker.

This was an excellent home away from home, for me, for five nights. I appreciated the cleanliness, the strong water pressure, very hot & very cold water, the electric kettle, laundry machines, and lots of morning sun & natural light with the south-east-facing windows. The location met my needs very well because it’s on the St. Charles streetcar line, and only a mile away from my daughter’s place. One night my daughter and I had Mediterranean food delivered from Shaya (Israeli restaurant), and we dined “al fresco” on the balcony — a nice treat, up on the second floor watching the streetcars go by.) The balcony is large enough & sturdy enough for two adults to do yoga or basic/gentle calisthenics. If I ever visit again, I’ll bring my exercise mat!)

We stayed at two condo's at this property. This condo was clean and had what we needed in the kitchen. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. We didn't have time to use any of the amenities but did use the big room downstairs. It was welcoming, comfortable and clean. We didn't have any issues during our stay so didn't need to contact the host, however if we needed anything, I feel based on our initial contact of renting the condos, the response time would have been good. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. We were able to walk to a few coffee shops and restaurants and felt comfortable doing so.

Very comfortable apartment! Super clean! It's in an excellent location and within easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. There is a parking lot right down the block; we parked for 24 hours for $40. Street parking is available and is free from 7p-7a, but can be difficult to obtain. There is a market downstairs that has anything you forgot. There is also a bar downstairs, but noise was never an issue. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, walkable place to stay in New Orleans!

Fantastic spot in NOLA. This condo was furnished nicely. We enjoyed the art! It was in the perfect location to walk most places we wanted to go but was quieter. LOVED the parking garage with FREE included parking. It couldn’t have been easier as it is just across the street! Beds and pillows were wonderful and we really liked the bath towels and how many there were. BEST OF ALL….easy peasy checkout. I highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our weekend in NOLA and Judy’s place was exactly the right spot to stay. Very easily walkable to any and all attractions in the Quarter. The home was comfortable and very clean. Judy was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This place is a hidden gem! Great for groups! The bathrooms shower heads were amazing and the front desk staff was so friendly. Everything was easy in every sense of the word! It's a MUST book!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this charming condo. Location is stellar and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, NORTA stops, and other things to do. This unit is right by a busy overpass, but there was little to no road noise. We found the unit itself the be very comfortable and beautifully decorated with local art. The well-appointed modern kitchen allowed us to enjoy a cozy and relaxed breakfast at “home” before heading out for our days adventures. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and comfy place to stay during a trip to New Orleans.
