Holiday rentals with a patio in Marshfield

We had an amazing stay at Victoria’s place! The apartment was even better than the pictures — super cozy, spotless, and beautifully modern. It had absolutely everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for anyone planning to ski at Granite Peak Ski Resort — super convenient and easy to get to. What really stood out was Victoria’s hospitality. She allowed us to check in early, which gave us a stress-free start to our ski trip. Later, due to some personal reasons, we requested a late check-out, and Victoria was incredibly kind and accommodating. Everything about our stay was fantastic, and we’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

DeLanee was an excellent host, super communicative and helpful. I stayed for 3 weeks and it’s one of the nicer places I’ve stayed in the Steven’s Point area. Clean, safe, quiet building, conveniently located, and ample parking. Highly recommend!

Jodie's place was an excellent choice for our family to stay as we were visiting family close by. She communicated with our family before arrival and made check in very easy. Her apartment really did feel as if we were at home. We would highly recommend for others and will be staying again when possible.

Loved our stay! Daniel was the best host, walked us through everything we needed when we needed it, and even made sure we would get a full refund if we couldn't make it to our scheduled stay with him. We had a devastating ice storm in Michigan and we wernt positive that we were going to make the trek and he was very accommodating!!

Exactly what we wanted for a father/son/uncle/nephew ski weekend at Granite Peak. Short drive to the resort and still close to the restaurants in town.

What an incredible place to rent. Quiet neighborhood, lots of amenities, and great lake views. We have stayed at other rentals in high traffic areas (Kissimmee FL or Gatlinburg TN) that were OK but seemed like rentals based on the quality of furnishings, and cleanliness. This rental was amazingly clean - really spotless in every regard. It also had quality dish soap, laundry soap/dryer sheets, fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable furniture - it really felt like home for our 11 day stay. Becca was very responsive on a few occasions we had questions. The lake was beautiful and fun especially with the provided fishing gear, kayaks, life vests, and dock. The fishing was great but even if you don't fish the views are so relaxing day or night. Neighbors were friendly as we got to know a few and they would always say hello to our dogs when we walked them and even called them by name. All in all a fantastic property that we hope to stay at again.

Jenn was very nice and accommodating. She allowed us to check in early due to snow storm. Her place was very clean and cozy. Neighborhood was quiet and it was close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Would definitely recommend!!!

We come up to Loyal a couple of times per year to visit family. So glad we found this cute little house! Exceeded our expectations, extremely clean, cute and homey, fantastic price! Stacy was very responsive and friendly! Would definitely book again!

From the minute we booked the stay , both Tony and Rebecca were very responsive and helpful. Their place was absolutely beautiful! From the minute we walked in we knew we had made the right decision. The lighted Christmas tree was a great surprise and made us feel right at home after a long trip. A very welcoming place. I was also thankful for the garage parking since we had two vehicles loaded with Christmas gifts. The entire stay was beyond our expectation and we both plan on booking their place this summer.
