Beautiful place! Was a great small size even with a small toddler; her pack and play fit with plenty of space for two dog beds also in the bedroom!

Susan’s home was immaculate - the house was even more beautiful and more private than the pictures — truly a mountain escape! We had a little difficulty with the garage code upon arrival, but Susan was immediately available and helped us get right into the house. We were thrilled with the quiet privacy, beautiful mountain surroundings, and the gorgeous interior. We loved the ability to run the wood stove on the colder nights (it even snowed the first evening we were there), the hot tub overlooking a rocky outcrop, and the pool table downstairs. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and more. Berkeley Springs was a little further than I initially anticipated, but getting there was an easy drive down a main road. Susan helped us with recommendations for things to do, since the weather didn’t cooperate with our original plans to hike. Be aware that the road to the house is a long mountain road and a little rough in the winter.

Sharon’s home was peaceful, quiet, private, and beautiful. Need I mention spacious? We didn’t realize there were two bedrooms with queen beds, plus a children’s room with bunk beds. The deck had a wonderful view of the valley and hills beyond it through the trees, the kitchen was well-stocked and fun to cook in, the furniture was stylish but comfy, and the bathrooms were spacious and pristine. Truly a wonderful space!! We drove in two cars: one with AWD and one without. Neither of us had trouble getting up and down the hill despite some ice/snow on the bend. The driveway is somewhat steep but not more than 1/4 mile long and looked walkable if needed. We were intimidated by the other reviews but found it far less intimidating in person. We recommend bringing your own wood for the fireplace/hot tub as a back up in case the wood provided doesn’t start. There are no neighbors visible from the property. We were delighted to have such a private and quiet space to relax in!

The tiny home was a perfect mountain getaway. Rich and Brittany communicated clearly the entire time. We would definitely go back again!

Stephen and Yunus have carefully curated this beautiful cabin, not a single detail goes unnoticed. Gorgeous sweeping mountain views outside are complemented by warm and cozy decor inside, with any amenity you might need. Comfy beds, a well-appointed kitchen, and a great hot tub made this the perfect place for us to unwind after long ski days.

We loved our stay! Richard was a fantastic host, very responsive to our questions and had great local recommendations. We spent hours by the fireplace, and enjoying the screened in porches. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. It was perfect for a relaxing weekend. Wardensville is just 20 minutes away and has anything you might need to pick up. We enjoyed lunch at Mack’s and visiting the glassworks and markets. We can’t wait to come back!

My husband, dog, and I had a great time! We stayed for two nights on the weekend. The place is definitely not easy to find on your own but Tara gave great instructions! We did have a truck, so it was easier to navigate up the hill in the snow, but for others, I would keep that in mind. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you'd want, a hot pot stove, coffee machine, coffee, and a toaster oven. And the bed was really comfortable. 12 minute drive into Harper's Ferry, and walking distance to the closest C&O trail. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful place to relax and unwind. Huge yard to enjoy many yard games and large fire pit area. This was our second time staying here and its for a good reason. The house is great with many levels and deck space. Our favorite part is the floating deck on the water. We enjoyed fishing, getting our feet wet and tubing.

We absolutely loved visiting Jewel Vinsota. This was the best Airbnb stay I have experienced. Everything was as described, David and Sarah had provided detailed instructions ahead of time so we felt prepared arriving. The house is a work of art, overwhelmingly beautiful and we were happy just spending our time in the space and exploring the grounds. The sculpture garden weaving through the woods was a highlight of our trip, felt almost like a scavenger hunt. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked every meal there (and loved that the knives were well maintained and *actually* sharp). The sun room was perfect for taking breakfast or tea, and our dog loved sunbathing and watching the wildlife. Everything was very clean and there was no shortage of things to do from games to painting to musical instruments and lots of books. It was close to state park trails, and a small but surprisingly well stocked liquor store. We loved having a place to come and get away with our dog. Thanks again!

Grateful for this quiet upstairs space for a get away around a meditation day retreat in the area. Comfy bed, delish tea and snacks provided, great shower, too. Communication was timely and helpful. Unfortunately I had to leave a night early due to approaching winter storm and I appreciated the refund. If staying in winter, consider bringing a pair of slippers to walk on tile floor in the entry way.

We had such a great weekend at Maureen’s little cabin in the woods! It was so great to disconnect (no wifi or cell service- exactly what we needed!). The cabin was rustic and cozy and the fireplace was perfect. The location was 10/10- gorgeous surroundings and very private. Took a few trips into Wardensville (about 20 min drive) and enjoyed visiting the bookstore, the Garden Market (you MUST try their Foccacia Bread!) and the Wardensville Trading Post. We also drove out to Lost River State Park to do some hiking with our pup. We lost power on our last night due to a storm that swept through but we were able to stay cozy by the fire and found candles and a flashlight in the cabin to get us through. The place was equipped with kitchen necessities, some board games and plenty of clean towels and linens, and had plenty of hot water for long showers! Thanks so much for offering such a great spot and especially for being dog friendly :)

Jeffrey & Leisa were very responsive hosts who had excellent local recommendations for food and activities. Their place is perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple, and is well located for those who like to do outdoor activities. Also quite close to several really good restaurants and microbreweries. Their place is well decorated, comfortable and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again - Highly recommend!

This cabin was the perfect getaway we were looking for! The location struck the ideal balance—secluded enough to feel like a peaceful retreat yet just a short drive from town. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax. Plus, being so close to wineries and hiking trails made exploring the area effortless. Kyle was an excellent host, responding quickly to any questions we had. We’re already planning our next trip back—can’t wait to stay here again!

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

The place was charming, well stocked and very comfortable. The communication was great and we would definitely rent again.

This was our 3rd year renting their Potomac Overlook home for our family Thanksgiving and once again, our entire family loved staying here! The home is spacious with plenty of bed- and bathrooms plus super-comfortable beds. And the property is absolutely beautiful with its Potomac River-front location and plenty of very usable outdoor space. We highly recommend it!

The Apple Blossom house was the perfect getaway for our group of 11 for my sister’s bachelorette party! The pool with floats, noodles and volleyball net was so fun and you can’t beat a hot tub with a view! The living room was perfect for gathering / being together and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few beautiful meals! It was also a real treat to get to explore the property a bit and feed the animals (with animal food provided for purchase at the house!). The restaurant recommendations in the house guide were perfect and we even found an awesome yoga spot (Rise Yoga Gettysburg) nearby for a class during our stay. Thank you for fantastic long weekend!
