i recommend it with my eyes closed, I loved the apartment of Paseo, the attention is excellent , they let you stay in the pool as long as you want without bulla in the evenings so as not to disturb the other apartments, everything is excellent everything is close to everything, really it is super recommended the attention at the reception very good I give this place 10/10 I was satisfied and happy , nothing bad to say about this place my first time in canarias and it was rewarding Thanks to everyone for making my stay so excellent 👍🏻

What a perfect place that I’d recommend to anyone. The host is very communicative and the apt is in an amazing location with restaurants, supermarket, beach, and shops all a two minute walk away. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous and the balcony adjacent to the apt is nice as well for having meals. The apt was super super clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The a/c in the living area was very cold when you needed it and the bedroom fans were more than enough for a comfortable sleep.

Luis is a trusting and likeable host. The property is very spacious and modernly furnished. The view of the sea is unique. We will definitely be back!

Superbly beautiful location! Quiet neighbors (mostly owners). Good basic amenities! Couch can be easily converted into bed. Always pleasant communication with Nathalie/Eric/Katharina possible and prompt and friendly response (e.g. with poorly functioning drain in the sink of the bathroom, handyman who has achieved some improvement). Small drawback that the window of the bedroom does not lead directly to the outside due to the design, but through the kitchen. The quietness and the location with fascinating sunsets has balanced all the little things.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Isabel and Ricardo’s place as a great base to explore Gran Canaria. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed; water and a bottle of wine on arrival were a nice welcome touch. We appreciated our hosts being at the apartment to meet us and sharing local recommendations. Having access to the pool was great and we enjoyed using the bikes to get around. The apartment is well placed with beaches, restaurants and shops within easy reach and local buses available for trips further afield.

amazing spot! bigger than I expected, perfect for family of 4 with adult aged boys. view and outdoor space was glorious- amenities at marina were great. easy to walk around safely without a car- drove to local grocery store and other beach towns. Great spot to avoid crowds and hectic crowded resorts. very private

I rented the place for my parents and they really enjoyed their stay. Its a traditional Spanish home, clean and spacious. The terrace was wonderful with full sun. The town nearby is lovely with a few restaurants and nice boardwalk. Juan and Carmen were responsive and very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Katjas beautiful house, second year in a row. Clean, nicely decorated, great view and location.

The place is very comfortably equipped: especially the electrically adjustable chairs are amazing! Likewise, everything is very lovingly and stylishly furnished! In the evenings you can enjoy sunsets from the living area! Beaches, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance! Zen is a very great host! :) Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Wonderful sea-views from the beachfront apartment. Lovely to roam down onto the beach in the morning and swim before breakfast. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Good base for exploring Gran Canaria

Carmen Y Natalia's apartment was better than we expected, probably the best position in the whole complex, with sun from early morning to late afternoon. It has everything you need to make your stay like being at home, just a lot warmer. Check-in and out was very simple, with great communication all through our stay. I would definitely recommend to stay here, if you want to be in this area. We hired a car and had no trouble parking on the road outside. Thank you Carmen Y Natalia for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is well equipped. All our questions were answered quickly. Check in was quick and easy. Everything was clean.

We spent 4 weeks here in January/February. We were met by Silvia’s father Gilberto who was kind and helpful. Silvia was great at communicating. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and Silvia had provided a welcome pack of fruit, juice, water, ham and cheese, cooking essentials. WiFi was excellent, I was able to work. The balcony is in the shade during the winter but it was lovely to sit in the cool looking at the beautiful view of the sea and hearing it crash on the shore. There is a great pool and communal sunbathing area where you can lie in the sun overlooking the beach. The location of Playa del Águila is very quiet and peaceful, one good restaurant a few minutes walk away. It was a flat 20 minutes walk along the front to Bahia Feliz which has a beach bar and about 5 good restaurants. It is more of a strenuous walk to reach San Agustin which has plenty of bars and restaurants. The bus stop is a few minutes away with excellent service along the coast. Loved our stay.

This apartment is simply perfect. Lovely design with plenty of space. A small balcony that does get the morning sun and an amazing terrace that gets the sun all day. Great views from here too. So close to everything, shops, marina, restaurant and beach! Sandro was also great at communicating. The property is perfect

The host was super responsive and helpful through the chat, always answered withinh minutes. The kitchen was well equipped!

Vero is a very attentive host who gave detailed instructions on how to check in and where the closest shop and bar was when we arrived, and also on some grate places to visit, such as Mogan. The apartment was just as described, overlooking the sea, with the beach below, and of course the sound of the waves. It had all the amenities we needed, and we had breakfast on the terrace most mornings as it was south east facing and the morning sun. As some other reviewers have said, it was windy at times making it less comfortable to sit out there, but we loved soaking up the 22’c February sunshine. We had amazing views of the kite boarders and wing foilers zooming back and forth. When the wind dropped on the last couple of days it was lovely on the balcony and snorkelling next to the rocks on the beach. It is lovely and quiet and there’s not a lot open locally in Feb, so we walked the mile to Plays Bahia Feliz and its restaurants most nights. It was a real winter tonic. Loved it!

We stayed for a week and were more than happy about this place and the location. Apartment was clean and comfy, with many useful equipments! I would 100% recommend staying in here, if you are looking for homey place to stay, peaceful location with amazing walking opportunities! Also points for having shopping centre and many beaches nearby. Thank you!
