We had a wonderful time here. Enjoyed the hot tub and Sauna. The beds were comfortable, had lots of towels for both hot tub and shower. It had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Beautiful lake front view , peaceful and quiet weekend just what was needed to unwind and forget about stress!

We loved this house! Spacious and full of amenities yet still cozy and charming! From the hot tub to the pool table to the 6 fireplaces throughout the house, this house was a wonderful respite for 6 of us after long days hiking in the mountains! Saranac town in walking distance and Lake Placid along with dozens of trail heads in close proximity, the location was so great for everything we wanted to do. Valerie was an amazing host and even gave us a full tour of the house upon arrival, explaining all the history behind the house and showing us how everything worked! Would definitely book this house again in the future!! Thank you Valerie!

We stayed at the Deer Walk Cabin overlooking Lake Flower for our anniversary. While the road between the cabin and the lake brought a bit of traffic noise, the cozy and well-decorated space more than made up for it—especially on a rainy day! Much better than being in a tent, that’s for sure. We really enjoyed exploring the local cafés, with the nearby Blue Moon Café being a standout—charming atmosphere and delicious breakfast options. The cabin itself was clean and thoughtfully decorated with Adirondack-style touches that added to the charm. A great little getaway spot.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views were stunning from the moment you pulled into the driveway and from every window in the house! It was family friendly, our kids loved this house, the kids book shelf and the closet of toys and kid amenities! Anna was super responsive from check in day to check out! We were very happy with our stay and not only are we ready to go back, our kids are already asking for another vacation there!! Highly recommend!

Was our first time renting an Airbnb and was such a great experience would do it again! Corey’s place is exactly as described, comfortable,clean and accessible. She communicated very quickly on all of my questions! Beds were very comfortable and had all amenities we needed and more. Hopefully it is available next year for us!

5 Stars – Exceeded Expectations! This rental in Lake Placid, NY, was an absolute gem! It looked even better in person than in the photos, which is saying a lot. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the cleanliness was top-notch—so pristine it felt almost Disney-like. The location was perfect for exploring Lake Placid, and the rental itself was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Our stay at "The Nest" was just perfect for my husband and I. We wanted a peaceful retreat that we could just relax. Though it was Spring Break in the area so very quiet. Kevin provided us with great recommendations. It was a pleasure to meet Kevin & his 2 dogs, Chloe & Cooper. We did not take advantage of the hot tub, but Kevin did offer the option to us. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The Saranac Escape was absolutely wonderful - the photos don’t quite do it justice! Our group of five friends found the dining, kitchen, and living room much more spacious and bright than we thought (perfect for cooking together, chatting around the fire, or playing board games). The proximity to town was excellent - our first night, we went right across from the neighborhood to the Blue Line Brewery where I’d first gone back in 2013 on a family vacation. Their delicious personal pizzas fit every dietary restriction in the group. The Saranac Escape also had plenty of varied spices in the cupboard for cooking (something we were unsure about). We very much enjoyed having the Turtle Pond trail system we could walk to from the house. The checkout procedure was straightforward as well. 10/10, would stay again :) Thank you to Steve & Carol for making our first group trip a wonderful time!
