Beachfront holiday rentals in Matanchén

An excellent beachfront accommodation, with large spaces and excellent distribution for large groups and has everything you need while you stay. In the parking lot the cars are safe. There is a restaurant on the side where you can buy food and a super market that sends you home what you need what makes a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended

Felt like I stepped into Swiss Family Robinson. The place is a rustic oasis. Alfonso was attentive but not intrusive. Canela, the on site dog, is the sweetest. Plus! the pool is heated. Wifi was good.

This place was nice and well maintained. Plenty to do and well thoughtless in the amenities and setup. Worth the splurge and will stay here again when I return.

We were staying in New Year's dates, and our stay was great. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The location is the most, better location you won't be able to find. Plus, everything is really close. Children and pets make the most of it, and it's something that's appreciated. Abel is very attentive and very kind. We will definitely be back.

The house is very spacious, with plenty of living spaces ideal for a large group. The location is sensational and the experience with kayaks abroad was truly magical. There are a few details that could be improved but overall I would recommend the stay 100% and worth it for what you pay.

The place has an amazing view, the room is quite comfortable and cozy. The super well equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed. It has a restaurant almost next door for special dinners between the family. The deck is an unexpected extra, to live together and enjoy the scenery. I definitely think about coming back in the new year.

The people at the hotel are very friendly, they all gave us tips about things close to the place and were flexible with our needs. Only the view of the room was not ideal as it overlooked the highway and for people with light sleep it will be a problem, but for a short stay it is an ideal place.

My wife and I loved the fact that the place has easy access to the beach. It has lovely ocean views from different common areas and the room. The host was very responsive of any questions. We would love to stay there again! It was even more beautiful than expected with plenty of warm water!!!

A wonderful place, every area of the house, spectacular. The house makes you feel a lot of peace and quiet. Adriana is a super host. She was always available. She got us a boat to go to a beach, took us for a walk, and we had a great time with her. Highly recommended!!!!

The place is very beautiful, the pool in the common area spectacular. The area is very quiet, lots of greenery, and very well cared for gardening. You have very good sunset views from the common area. The subdivision does not have a beach, you have to go to Platanitos beach which is 5 minutes away by car or from the subdivision cross a river swimming to Playa Turtles which for older adults is not accessible.

Very quiet and safe house, on the beach is perfect for the tranquility of taking your little ones, they also have a perfect swimming pool for children.

Arturo was wonderful and responsive to any questions or concerns & was able to accommodate us arriving later than expecting. Our family loved staying here with the ocean view & sounds right outside the balcony and will continue to book in the future for family vacations.
