Great apartment with excellent location, close to Independence Shopping, UFJF, Spazio Design, with bakeries, markets and restaurants next door. Cozy apartment, well lit and airy, with spacious rooms. Suite with queen bed and mattress in excellent condition. American kitchen, with countertop in hardwood, and new household utensils. A very nice balcony with a beautiful view.
