We spent two days at the property. The house is equipped with everything, the host was very kind. Recommended experience In summer it would be perfect as it is equipped with a swimming pool

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

A very nice, comfortable and well-maintained home. The area is very nice and quiet, an ideal starting point for many destinations in Umbria. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay longer if I ever return. Lovely host and a wonderful property with beautiful views and so many areas to relax in. Easy access to town for exploring and so much to see in the area.

Wonderful stay. Great layout for us (2A, 2C, 1I) and a fantastic swimming pool. Roberta was lovely and we communicated via messaging app given language differences. Roberta and family were quiet in the ground floor apartment and the upstairs rental were equally nice. We barely had to share the pool. Great location for day trips to Florence, Sienna and Assisi.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

I stayed in this beautiful apartment for Christmas with my family, we had a great time. The apartment was warm and also equipped with wood for the fireplace. It was all clean and there was everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outside, even if we didn't take advantage of it given the cold, is very nice. We'll definitely be back in the spring.

We had the most wonderful stay at Elisabetta’s place. Elisabetta incredibly kindly picked us up from the train station and made us feel really welcome - her restaurant recommendations were also fabulous! The apartment was beautiful and the views from outside were spectacular. Excellent location for wandering around Orvieto on foot - and for the walk around the city walls. Highly recommend!

The photos do not do Casa Isa justice - it is so much more than what is shown. We enjoyed the home and the location. It was more than we hoped for. Laura was quick to respond and gave us recommendations from restaurants, grocery stores and parking. We will return and we’re telling all of our friends!

Beautiful apartment and view from the balcony. Watching the sunset over the hills each night was a joy. Definitely a very memorable stay in Orvieto. Very close to attractions but far enough away to be quiet. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

We had a wonderfull week at Claudia's place. In the middle of nature was so peaceful. Clean apartment, huge pool, everything was as it described on the AirBnb.

The farmhouse of the mistral is perfect as a base from which to visit the beautiful cities around! The house is intimate and thoughtful in every detail, very clean and equipped with every comfort (from the television with Sky to the toaster and much more in the kitchen). The outdoor space is fantastic, especially for us who traveled with our two dogs! The hosts are always available, and they welcomed our every request (crib and high chair for our baby). Highly recommended!!

30 minute walk to Perugia centre and a great location to base yourself for travelling around the area. Perfect for our needs! Daniele was very communicative and responsive. Would stay again!

We stayed 2 weeks at 5 (2 adults and 3 children) The setting is idyllic. The house is large as well as the swimming pool. Alex and Prya are hypers responsive and do everything to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. Highly recommendable host and listing. What a positive thing. For owners of an electric vehicle, the property has a Tesla domestic terminal. Recharge of about 7km per hour. Umbertide has fast chargers in front of the COOP supermarket.

We were 2 mature Italian and 1 American women long-time friends who wanted to enjoy a road trip from Florence to primarily see Solemeo. Maria Christina's location was perfect for this visit as well as several other lovely Umbrian villages. The house was very comfortable for us and the added bonus was spring flowers popping up everywhere. It was a great stay in a lovely location.

I stayed at the adorable place with my family for a week. Upon arrival, the host gave us the key and showed us everything. We especially liked the large pool and the breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno from the upper floor of the house. We had a very nice week in Umbria and explored the surroundings in day trips. If you have any questions or problems, the host has always been kindly helped. We like to come back

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

A wonderful villa. We would not hesitate to go back. It is nicely furnished and very well equipped both inside and out, especially the kitchen. The main bedroom is spacious and the downstairs bedroom is good too. There is a big living area downstairs, another kitchen and shower and bathroom. Also, there is a little outside area for morning coffee and big barbeque. Outside there is a great covered terrace for eating out and relaxing. There is plenty of outside furniture and good lighting outside too. Beautiful views and a decent pool for swimming with no deep end. Be aware that the villa is about 2.6km from the village. It’s a good idea to look on Google earth before you go. Guardea has a small supermarket, a fine friendly local butcher and an excellent pizzeria. Orvieto is forty five minutes away. Todi under an hour. Rome is easily reached by train. We went from Orte. Amelia and Narni are nice hill towns and we really liked Lugnano in Teverina, just a fifteen minute drive.

A secluded and quiet place... for those looking to escape the day-to-day bustle of life this is the place for them. An authentic and amazing Italian house, the place is pastoral, inviting, relaxing the mind. Thank you so much for your quick response to any questions, definitely worth visiting. Derek and his wife were amazing! They looked after us and made us feel like family. The home is gorgeous with a beautiful log burner that keeps you warm and creates a wonderful atmosphere with the light flickering on the walls. The home is also incredibly spacious and wonderfully designed - makes you feel like you’re living your dream in the Italian countryside. Whatever we needed Derek was there to help, he truly was like our guardian angel on our 3 night trip to Perugia. I cannot recommend Derek and his home enough. If you want an authentic trip to Perugia with a host that actively wants you to enjoy yourself and cares, Derek is the man! A big thank you to Derek and his wife for all they done for us!
