Thanks for a nice stay in Newport and the welcome basket! We enjoyed being nxt to the ballpark and in the heart of town! Gooseberry beach was perfect. The Cliff walk and the Breakers did not disappoint. We took a sail around the harbor and it was so relaxing. The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the bathroom had an updated shower with good water pressure. Loved the parking space! Thank u for the quietest AC’s in the world! The apartment had everything you could ask for a great stay to explore Newport, Block Island with the Ferry down the street and the town of Wakefield before and after the drive! The four of us would highly recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!

We were in town for a girls' weekend and Liliane's place was perfect for our needs. She was proactive with communications and very responsive. The property was as described and very clean. The location was perfect -- easy to walk to Thames and we were able to park for free right on the street during our stay (we were there in November). Thank you Liliane for a great weekend!

This downtown apartment in Newport was a great stay. My husband and I had such a blast just walking downstairs and going to restaurants and bars! So fun, the location is in the center of it all and street parking was smooth (the off season had a lot more parking options which was super convenient). Overall super nice. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you at night, there’s a bar literally underneath the apartment lol!

We had a great stay & it was a great location. Grit was very responsive with a lot of helpful recommendations. The only call out which is listed on the booking is there is a door in the apartment which leads to another apartment. It is locked so no one could get in but we missed that note when initially booking the place so we’re slightly confused when coming it. Grit explained the door to us immediately and even shared the additional listing so we would be comfortable.

The apartment was exactly as pictured/ described and squeaky clean. Wonderful location!

I highly recommend Renee's for anyone wanting to explore downtown Hyannis/Barnstable. I stayed at Renee's for a 2 week work trip and it was the perfect location. Everything you might need is within a short walk; coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and several gyms. I even enjoyed a short winter trip to the beach =) The apartment is up a steep flight of narrow stairs, so Id keep that in mind when considering how much to pack. Yes, you can hear the music from the restaurant below, but it wasn't bothersome to me because it wasn't too loud and I slept right through it. Ear plugs and sound machines are provided for lighter sleepers or anyone that might be bothered by a little background noise. The apartment was spotless and looks exactly as it does in the photos. Great location , super clean, and I definitely appreciated the washer & dryer for the longer stay.

Great location and very comfortable home. Very close to Newport. Kitchen is a good size, there are two beds with different firmness (very important to me personally). House is stocked well with amenities you would need! Peaceful and cozy location. I had a great stay and would recommend.

Wonderful stay! A cute and classic Cape Cod home- so cozy and charming. The location can't be beat for a peaceful retreat within strolling distance to many beaches and beautiful spots. The area is safe and family friendly. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you need. We stayed for a week and would have happily stayed longer. Sean was friendly and responsive. Check in and out were a breeze. 10/10 experience.

Fabulous stay! Madison is a wonderful and attentive host and the property was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and VERY well organized and detail-oriented. Great location as well. Highly recommend!

This nice little beach house is located in a very nice area. My family and I felt safe there. The house was full of amenities. It was extremely clean, no clutter, and it smelled as it was new. The furniture was all in wonderful condition. The refrigerator, stove, and microwave appeared to be brand new. Many places to eat and drink no more than 1 mile from this location. The hosts gave clear instructions. It was easy to get in and to check out. When I return to New Bedford to visit with family, I’ll sure book this beautiful gem again.

The house was easy to find a great location for visiting Newport. Quiet neighborhood but easy access to restaurants, vineyards and the shoreline. The house was clean and easily accommodated 4 adults on this mom’s get away weekend. We visited a vineyard, went on a food tour, walked the Cliff Walk and spend a quiet evening at home. I would definitely recommend Ken’s place!

Easy, clean, and as described.

We really enjoyed our stay at John’s place. The place has everything you will need for a relaxing stay including a well equipped kitchen. It was just two of us with our dogs but the house can comfortably host a family. There are plenty of beds and room for everyone to enjoy their stay. The closest beach is a 5 min drive and we enjoyed walking to the pond that’s at the end of the road. The location is quiet and private. Our dogs had a fantastic time too. We will save John’s place for future stays!

We had a great stay in Portsmouth. Go to 15Point restaurant (about a mile away). So yummy. The house was clean, nicely decorated and had good amenities ...and there was a Keurig. The host was awesome too!

Brian is a truly excellent host and his places are consistently great. I will always book with him if his properties are available!

Elle was a great host, Took the family to Newport for a little winter break and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Place is just Fabolous!

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

A beautiful place to visit. We’ve stayed in another room before and will definitely be back again. Once you park your car there’s no need to get it again until you leave. Everything is in walking distance which makes this place so convenient.

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.

Perfect studio for a couple or two friends! It was clean, easy to get to, walkable to all the main Newport restaurants & bars and most of all, DOG FRIENDLY! My friend was able to take her dog to a park near by and the place itself wasn’t too small for a dog. Only thing I’ll add is that if you’re super tall, the shower might be a little tough to fit in but was not an issue for me at 5’6. I’d highly recommend this place! The host was also clear with instructions & very responsive. It made the experience of check in and checkout seamless.
