This condo was perfect for what we needed! Central location, right on the water. Gorgeous ocean views from the lanai. Was very impressed with the decor, cleanliness, and amenities provided. Host was responsive and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui!

Truthfully we rolled the dice a little in hope that our honeymoon would be a quiet secluded piece of Hawaii that few get a chance to experience, and hit the Jackpot with this beautifully placed Airbnb! Your own personal slice of paradise! Perfectly placed next to the beach and was well described. Host was immediately responsive even though there was nothing needed on our end. Would definitely recommend! When we have a chance to get back to the island of Molokai, this will be the place for us! Mahalo Kuhao!

Our 9-day stay at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The hosts went above and beyond by stocking the place with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. Laundry is shared but it was easy to pay using the app, cash was not required. We also appreciated the hosts' thoughtful touch in providing laundry detergent – a thoughtful gesture that I definitely didn't expect. Overall, great amenities!! The location proved to be an excellent base for exploring the rest of Maui, with shorter commute to Haleakala and Hana. While we would have preferred a more vibrant atmosphere, the quiet neighborhood wasn't a deal-breaker. Just wanted to note that Housing rules ask us to empty the trash. Confession time: when I'm paying cleaning fees, I sometimes struggle to take out the trash. It's not that I don't want to; it's just that my brain does this weird math where I think, "Hey, I'm already paying for cleaning, so why bother?"

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and well maintained. There was plenty of space. They also included some beach items that you could borrow for the beach. The resort it was located in was clean and felt very safe. The pool and beach towel trade in system the resort had was a life saver! It was a quick walk to the pool and the beach. The beach was gorgeous and clean! We played there for hours! I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and would consider staying there again in the future!

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful cottage and location! Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is as good as it gets. Everything was pristine. Beds very comfy. We had everything we needed and were within 10-15 minutes drive of all attractions. The town beach is just down the road and another one is 5 minutes away. Very near the one restaurant in town (lol) and the food truck lot. Had several questions and Roberta responded promptly by text. There are 2 other cottages on the property and you are visible when outside to one of them, but it was unoccupied when we were there, so very private. All-in-all, great experience and would stay again.

the home was a great and John was very helpful throughout our stay. The instruments onsite were an added bonus as my kids were able to delicately use some of them (one currently in guitar lessons, another in piano) while I played along with my set of harmonicas. Has a heated outdoor shower which is always nice. Didn't need to bring our own beach towels and there was plenty of beach equipment available including chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. As to be expected of a jungle beach side home there are ants, termites, and critters, but none were ever a problem through our 4 night stay. No AC, but that was never a problem. Fans in all the rooms. View from the upper deck is amazing, and every morning we watched the sunrise before going out to the beaches and such. Food around town can close early so being mindful of that can be important if you want some of the best in Hana if not the whole island (braddah hutts and huli huli chicken for starters). overall, highly recommend staying here!

Had an amazing vacation to Maui. Dee Dee made everything easy right from the start to the end. We even rented her own vehicle and she was so great to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. I highly recommend Dee Dee’s accommodations. Amazing host, responded so quickly to anything we needed, super friendly, always a cheerful hello and chat when she would see us at the pool or near by. I cannot wait to come back to Maui and will definitely book with Dee Dee again. Don’t question it, just book it!!!

The building, at the north end of Sugar beach, in Kihei, right on the water, was in a beautiful location to experience daily gorgeous sunsets and the clean sandy beach. The grounds which featured a pool, barbecues, chairs and lounge chairs were well trimmed. The apartment was nicely furnished, filled with all amenities (coolers, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, sunglasses, hats, sunblock, aloe vera lotion...) needed for a great stay at the beach. The elevators were clean and functional, and there were carts to facilitate transfer of luggage from the parking lot to our apartment. The owner had developed a very detailed guide that helped us operate the various pieces of equipment in the apartment. In addition, she was very responsive to various questions we had on check-in. There was also a local representative who proved helpful when a very rare power failure caused some issues. In summary, this is a wonderful place I strongly recommend to relax and enjoy the beautiful Maui weather

Another lovely stay in Maui, great views, private gated community, quiet, scenic, and overall a pleasant and lovely stay. The home is more than furnished with what one would want our need. Lots of amenities and space. Perfect accommodations for our group of 7 (4 guests were 70+) hence they appreciated the quietness and views right out the front door. All parties easily navigated the steps to second floor master and guest bedrooms. My partner and I (47 & 44) and my daughter (9) slept in the loft. It suited our needs just fine. All AC units were in working order, bathrooms were great, loved the option for wand or raincan shower head per family comments. Lani was lovely with full amenties and access as well as BBQ, Portable Beach Cooler, Beach Chairs, Brand New Beach Umbrella. We were set for exactly what we wanted and that was fun, sun, rest, and relaxation. Thanks for a great stay and being super helpful Kevin! Mahalo :)

Bin was a wonderful host, and the condo was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and perfectly located just steps from the ocean. The laundry amenities were accessible and easy to use. The beach access was unbeatable, and the whole stay felt peaceful and easy. The only improvement we could think of adding recycling options on-site. Everything was fantastic—we’d absolutely stay here again!

This place has everything you need for a great funfilled Maui vacation in Kihei! Close enough to all the activites you'd want to do in Maui, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to have a relaxed, easy going, quiet time at the condominium complex. The view is to die for! We could see whales spouting and jumping in the distance this time of year (end of March,) and a birdseye view of the beautiful Maui sunsets! Only a few stone throws to the beach too! The condo has all the supplies you need for a day at the beach. I recommend checking out the condo first before shopping, so you don't end up buying things that the condo might already have!

The view from the patio was breathtaking! The condo was spotless when we arrived and we found everything we needed for the stay. We had a question about the TV streaming and got a response quickly. The TV is set up for Netflix and Prime Video, but you need to log into your own own account so remember to bring your information. When we were there in the afternoon one day, a couple of big turtles came onto the small beach. If we had been there a week earlier, we could have seen the whales in the bay since it was time for them to head back north. We always found parking right outside the door. It was easy to get our parking permit. When we went into the office to get it, nobody was there but a basket with tags was available. Just fill out the form with your information and take one to use for the duration of your trip. We felt like the location of the condo was perfect for us. Four days gave us plenty of time to see the entire island.

Very pleased with our stay! The place was very clean and Laurie was extremely kind and responsive to anything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs and small cooler bag. There isn’t a bad word I would say about this place!

The condo is in a great complex. The flowers are gorgeous and the water feature a nice plus. We enjoyed the condo, pool, beach and being able to walk to restaurants, grocery store, excellent coffee, etc. It was a pleasant stay and we are sorry to have to go home. Hiroshi was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

We had an amazing time at Katie’s place! Our most favorite thing to do was sitting on the lanai. Everything from the ocean view to watching the sea turtles (there so many everyday!) ride the waves was perfect. The condo was easy to access, the place was so clean and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to walk to the small beach down the road. It was hard to leave, but we hope to be back again. Thanks Katie! Our stay was lovely!

The view can't be beat. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the whales play off shore. The place was clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen to the fullest and found everything we needed. The location give you a lot of the benefits of the area without being tied to the crowded resorts nearby.

Barbara was wonderful. Gave good instructions on how to enter the property. There are elevators, so don’t feel you have to lug your luggage up three flights like we did. BE SURE your rental can clear six feet to enter the parking structure. Any issues were met with prompt solutions, many times going above what was expected. The view from the condo was incredible!! We chose to stay in the second room as we could see sunrise WHILE LAYING IN BED!! You WILL view sea turtles just off the lanai every single day, especially during high tide. Two couples can stay comfortably, however, there is only one stand up shower (other is a tub/shower without doors). Bedrooms are right next to each other & second bedroom closes off as a room with an accordian wall. The list of recommendations were on point & we found ourselves going to Cafe Ole every chance we had. The plantation around Cafe Ole was beautiful. Great spot to walk around, eat, and shop for gifts and local food. We highly recommend.

our family of 3 loved our stay here! it is far enough away from the kihei business district to feel quiet, and yet, is still a lovely 20 minute walk along the beach to some of maui's best shave ice and breakfast pastries. the condo is well stocked with all the necessities, including beach gear and additional fans for the warmer evenings. i spent literally hours sitting on the deck, staring out into the ocean and writing, hoping to catch a glimpse of whales (even though it was pretty late in the season). our 10 year old son loved hanging out on the tiny beach out front and jumping in the gentle waves. overall, andrew and heidi's place was a delight!

Wonderful stay at this Maui condo! Having the beach right outside the window was awesome. Will definitely look to stay here if we ever come back!

This place was perfect for our families to enjoy our time together. Spacious and especially enjoyed the patio table for our meals outdoors. Bedrooms were also spacious and offered private quiet time. Kids loved the pool!! Our only regret was not staying longer.

We had a great time at Terri's unit. It was the perfect launching ground for our time in Maui with our two kids. The pool was never crowded, the grounds were nice and the little beach accessible from the building was nice for when we didn't want to get packed up to go elsewhere. The kids loved looking in the little tide pools during low tide and there were two turtles on the beach the day we checked in. The larger beach at the end of the block is easily walkable or also easy to park at if you want to drive a bunch of stuff down for a longer stay. We enjoyed feeling fairly centrally located and able to head north or south for different beaches as well.
