Beachfront holiday rentals in Mazarrón

had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

The stay was very pleasant. Angel is very detailed and friendly, always attentive to what we needed and giving us local recommendations of visit. He gave us a couple of details and cooked a very rich cake. The apartment has very nice views and is next to the beach and diving centers. It is spacious and has everything you need for a few days of relaxation. We will definitely repeat!

I can only super recommend Óscar's house, the cleanliness more than a 10, many details that are appreciated and for the price it has it seems that it is very to value, a welcome sign with a bottle of lambrusco was waiting for us. The house is wrong with absolutely everything, full kitchen and all the utensils you need, bath with gel shampoo, toothpaste, paper, a kit, a dryer. The rooms with clean linens and I would say new ones, good blankets pillows, a large mirror and air fresheners. The truth is that we feel very comfortable and we are free to carry towels etc... We had a great time at Maria's place. The apartment is very well located with a nice view of the sea. It is as described on the listing and well-equipped. The place is quiet too, we slept very well. The wifi works particularly well. Communication with Maria was very easy. Always available, we arrived late and everything was well explained so we could easily find the apartment. She was also responsive during the stay when we needed. We warmly thank Maria and hope to come back when we can. Thank you also for the welcome kit with very good local fruits and others!

It was a great stay at Amber place. A very nice apartment, everything clean and tidy. Very quiet area, 200 meters to the great beach. Parking right outside the door. Absolute recommendation. We will be happy to come back.

We had an amazing time at the villa! We were a family of 11 and there was plenty of space for us all! The property is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The outside space was great with enough seating area for everyone. It was a bonus to have a washing machine and a line outside to dry clothes. The villa has so much character! We would 💯 return in future ☺️

We have been to Brigitte's house my family and I, it was a great stay. Yolanda the one who takes care of the estate always pending and friendly, very flexible at check-in time, the house is very comfortable. The only thing missing is an air conditioner because it is very hot, but in the listing it did not put air conditioning so we were not tricked, just commented to improve the estate as it is spectacular in everything. Also the beaches and the magnificent village of bonito and it has everything we need for a very good holiday. Thank you very much Brigitte and Yolanda for everything, I recommend it for sure.

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Excellent vacation would recommend

Responsive host. An excellent and immaculatly clean house. We very much enjoyed our stay over Christmas and would highly recommend.

The check in was quick and easy. The apartment was clean, secure and felt safe. It’s down the windy end of the Mar Menor, a 30 second walk from the water sports area and a surfers style bar. There wasn’t any sun on the apartment however, that was a relief from the heat some days. It was a good 30 minute walk to the strip where all the restaurants are, we had a hire car and that was better for us personally.

What an amazing home! As described and more! Lola was super helpful, with excellent communication and great recommendations of places to visit and eat at. Helpful to have some treats in the fridge on arrival too. A tranquil sun-trap in the afternoon, a relaxing place to unwind. Thank you !

The reception was magnificent by Maria, I have nothing wrong to say, on the contrary, it is an excellent accommodation, and her host is a 10. 100% recommended. We had a great stay here. The apartment was immaculate and decorated in a lovely fresh and modern style. Everything you need is very close by, with direct access to the beach just minutes away. Lots of walkable beach bars close by, as well as the main strip of restaurants in Los Alcázares about a half hour walk or 5 minute drive. We thought the location was perfect. We would definitely book this apartment again!

It was a very easy check in. Very quiet and great location.. kitchen well stocked.. quiet and comfortable bed. Close to beach and really enjoyed the long walks.Tewfix gave me some sound advice regarding transport and where to hire a bike for a good deal. Enjoyed my 8days and plan to return next year.

We booked spontaneously with Jens. We are passionate golfers and we finally wanted to stay something special than just at the golf course. We found this!! The apartment in Los Alcázares was simply fantastic! The location directly on the sea promenade is unbeatable – enjoying the sunrise from the bed and terrace above the sea every morning was an absolute highlight. It's just incredible how beautiful this natural spectacle is when the morning sun flows into the lagoon. The apartment was very clean, perfectly equipped and super cozy. Ideal for relaxing walks along the promenade and just a few steps away from restaurants and cafes. We were also quickly on the Mediterranean by car, the perfect variety and rest. Jens was super friendly and always available. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, we will definitely be back!

it is the most wonderful place in the world: a magical place between the mountain and the sea, on the beach , just a few steps to be on a wonderful virgin beach ( and nudist) with crystal clear waters with colorful fish, the house is very nice and has everything you need for a wonderful stay including snorkelling gearing and an incredible terrace with garden over the sea have been my best vacations in a long time thanks to this wonderful house, if you can not hesitate to stay here: you will be very lucky
